Beautiful home like a hotel, with excellent care, all staff very friendly. Food is wonderful and lots of things to do and places to go. Would definitely recommend. Dad has been there for 12 months and is very happy.

An excellent establishment. Staff can't do enough for everyone, especially Mum. Always clean and tidy. Rooms are beautiful and very clean and tidy.

Since my mum has been a resident at the home I cannot fault her care. The staff are friendly and very welcoming. The food is good and her room is very well decorated and comfortable. She seems very happy which makes us happy.

My sister has been a resident since 18th September 2023. My husband has I visit her twice a week and are happy with her care. The staff are friendly and helpful. I can't think of anything to criticise.

After a year of looking at residential/nursing/retirement homes, my uncle finally moved into Coopers Croft last month. The staff are wonderful, nothing is too much trouble. The decor is beautiful. It feels like home from home. He loves the food and has enjoyed his first shower in 86 years! The staff
have organised for a daily paper for him and we have organised a Sky TV package so that he can watch all his sports. His only worry is that he will be 'thrown' out once his money has run out, despite the management telling him that won't happen as long as he has paid two years. If he could see this in writing he would stop worrying.

I visit my lovely friend at Coopers Croft at least weekly. When I go, without fail, I am greeted with a warm welcome. The facilities at the home are absolutely incredible, and the home is beautifully clean and welcoming. My friend's needs are met, and she is supported by the warm and caring staff through
her ups and downs. The staff are always looking for ways to make her feel valued and it really makes a huge difference to her and me. I feel hugely confident that she is so well-loved and cared for. The food is amazing; I chat with all of the residents when I visit, and they all talk very highly about the meals, snacks and the cook. There are so many activities to meet the needs of the different residents, and the community are frequently involved too. All of the staff are so kind and responsive, and the residents, including my friend, have lovely bonds with them. It really is a beautiful, heart-warming place. I am so happy my friend is in the care of Coopers Croft.

Coopers Croft provides outstanding facilities to look after your loved one. All the staff are highly professional, very diligent, caring and friendly. There is a lovely warm, welcoming atmosphere and plenty of activities and community interaction. We felt so supported and completely reassured right
from the start and, not being local, can rest easy knowing Mum is safe here and so very well cared for. We really look forward to our visits and love seeing the photos on social media. We highly recommend to anyone looking for residential care.

Both my aunt and my uncle have been/are very happy at Coopers Croft. We as a family have been thrilled with their accommodation. From day one and with some hesitation on their part, they have been well cared for and supported.

This is a care home of the highest possible standard providing excellent quality care by highly professionally qualified, caring and diligent staff in a very conducive environment that has bright, airy rooms, well laid-out open spaces, common spaces and all the ingredients of a top-notch, 5 Star care
home that will satisfy all the needs of its diverse residents!
Despite having just opened, it was obvious that all staff were highly trained and all best procedures and practices were in place and being implemented.
It is highly recommended and fully deserving of its rating.

My dad's diagnosis of Alzheimer's was a shock as he had managed to hide it. The decision to move him into a care home was taken based on providing him with a safe place to live where he would have company, family aren't local so it had to be done. I visited Coopers Croft Care Home and was blown away
by the high standard of the accommodation, the facilities and the staff. We now can relax knowing that he is in such a fantastic place.

From the first time we came to view the home, we found it to be absolutely fabulous. Since my brother moved into this residential home he has been fantastic. Clean, tidy and organised. All the staff we have spoken to have all been so good and caring. Nothing is too much trouble. The bedroom is kept
tidy. Food looks divine and no shortage of drinks. Activities are helping so much.
