A lovely place. Staff made us feel very welcome, the care they give to residents is excellent, food is excellent and nothing's too much trouble, it's like being in a posh hotel. Ten out of ten.

My dad's diagnosis of Alzheimer's was a shock as he had managed to hide it. The decision to move him into a care home was taken based on providing him with a safe place to live where he would have company, family aren't local so it had to be done. I visited Coopers Croft Care Home and was blown away by the high standard of the accommodation, the facilities and the staff. We now can relax knowing that he is in such a fantastic place.

We know that sometimes moving to a care home can be a difficult decision and there are lots of emotions involved. We are very happy that since your dad has moved to our home, we have been able to offer you and your family reassurance and support. We are sure that our person-centred approach means that Coopers Croft is the best place for your dad and we are so happy that he has joined our family.

From the first time we came to view the home, we found it to be absolutely fabulous. Since my brother moved into this residential home he has been fantastic. Clean, tidy and organised. All the staff we have spoken to have all been so good and caring. Nothing is too much trouble. The bedroom is kept tidy. Food looks divine and no shortage of drinks. Activities are helping so much.

Reply from Terri Kidd, PR Executive at Coopers Croft

We are so pleased we gave such a great impression and that we’ve continued to live up to it! Also lovely to hear that the activities are helping our residents as well as being entertaining, well done to our lovely Activities Co-ordinator at Coopers Croft for making that happen.

Genuine welcome and greeting. Friendly, cheerful staff and willing to help. Well laid out and spacious communal areas well designed. Outside areas are very accessible and will help residents be more physical. Obviously, considerate thought, planning layout and quality of fittings and furnishings. Wish them all success.

Reply from Terri Kidd, PR Executive at Coopers Croft
