Tastefully decorated, light and spacious building and bedrooms well equipped. Exceptional care provided by very helpful staff. They try to accommodate every need of residents and their visitors. Information is passed on whenever needed. Regular updates on excellent menus, activities and events. No complaints.

Mum recently stayed in Nodens Manor for two weeks, whilst we took a holiday abroad. Mum had been unwell for many months towards the end of last year and felt she needed a period of recuperation.
She was thrilled with everything about her stay. The facilities are modern and spacious. Our evening calls
centred around the wonderful food and entertainment during each day.

Wow what can I say. Staff friendly and helpful. They were fantastic for what I have seen with all residents. Residents all looked well cared for, and very clean and groomed, which is great. Residents looked comfortable in their surroundings. The home seems to have everything that one would need or want.

The staff is warm and caring, the facility is absolutely beautiful and my auntie is very well looked after. I am so impressed. It felt like a home and not a sterile hospital. The quality of the food is very high and there are many selections of freshly baked cakes. There are well designed cosy conversation

My father went into Nodens Manor in June 2023. The level of care he received was outstanding. The staff really care, which in this day and age is very rare.
It was sad that he died six weeks after he moved in. But, during the last two weeks I spent a lot of time with him and it was lovely to see this
level of care.
My father died with a level of dignity that was outstanding and the staff were like friends at a very difficult time in my life. I would recommend Nodens Manor to anyone.

Mum spent 3 weeks in Nodens care home and was extremely happy while there.
The level of care was second to none. She was very well looked after. When asked about it she says it felt like staying in a 5-star hotel. Everybody was so kind, nothing too much trouble.
Which allowed us to be able to enjoy
our holiday knowing mum was safe and cared for.
We as a family would like to thank all the staff for looking after Mum so well.

My long-standing friend whom I was acting as Power of Attorney for spent his last two months in the care of the staff at Nodens Manor. I could not fault the care and attention that was afforded him. Every single member of staff that I encountered showed an outstanding degree of professionalism and devotion
of duty in ensuring his every need was met. They were caring, gentle, courteous and compassionate. They also extended this level of care and attention to all of his family and friends who came to visit and nothing was ever too much trouble.
The facilities are excellent and the whole building exudes a calm, safe and peaceful environment where residents can relax or join in when the mood takes them.

Whilst at Nodens Manor Dad was cared for by the most amazing team. They spent time getting to know and like him. This was obvious in their interactions with him. Moving Dad from his home to Nodens was a big step for us all but the team supported us in the most sensitive, caring and professional way,

The home is well planned with both community and private areas where family can visit. Visitors are welcome and always offered a coffee or tea, which makes it more of a 'home' for residents. It has been a great move for my mother.

I approached Nodens in early July, as my mum was going to be discharged from hospital. She had been in hospital for five months. I was so happy that she was accepted, as I was concerned that her medical needs were too much. We are on her sixth day and cannot praise all the staff enough. The night manager
makes my mum feel very secure, as she suffers from anxiety. It is very relaxed and feels like home.

My mother and I were made to feel very welcome from our very first visit to Nodens Manor. All members of the Nodens Team have been very kind and professional and have done their utmost to make Mum comfortable and happy here. Nothing is too much trouble; new handrails were fixed in the shower room to
suit her needs, a personal telephone was installed, her room was arranged to enable her to have her own recliner chair and newspapers were ordered for her. Mum’s health and wellbeing are constantly monitored and medical help promptly sought when needed. Her personal care is delivered with care and kindness. Mum can enjoy a walk around the garden safely and enjoys chatting with other residents and all the team members from each department. The communal areas are attractive, spacious and air-conditioned. Members of the family have been enjoying joining Mum occasionally for lunch in the dining room, where we have all been spoilt. Nodens Manor is a place Mum and the family are proud to call home.

My dad and mum have been in Nodens Manor for about three months and it is the best decision they have made in a long time. They were struggling living at home and the restrictions of Covid-19 had left them isolated, but moving to Nodens has given them a quality of life back. The staff are wonderful
and they actually listen and want to make things better; it is so reassuring to know that Dad and Mum are safe and well cared for. Thank you Nodens.

If anyone is thinking of going here be careful to check everything over because my cousin was misled and ended up in hospital and was declared homeless after he had paid and his sister still hasn't had any answers.

Bart has been working in the care industry for over 18 years, progressing from a Care Assistant through to a General Manager. He is thrilled to be part of the team commissioning Elmfield Cares' third home. Naomi began working within the care industry in 2005 starting her career as a Care Assistant in the community and eventually moving over to the Nursing sector. Naomi also gained 7 years of experience supporting individuals with learning difficulties and challenging behaviours. Soon after Naomi worked her way up the ladder going from Team Leader to other Managerial roles and eventually making the decision to return to Dementia Care. ” I joined Nodens Manor in February this year and I chose to apply for the role in Elmfield Care as it was a new adventure and thought it would be a personal challenge to be involved in a start-up project while gaining new experience”

Charlotte joins us as our Front of House after working in various customer-focused roles throughout her career. She comes from a varied background including Administration, Kitchen Design, Arts and Crafts and Marketing. She is excited to work in Nodens Manor as the home grows. “I am always here to answer any questions the team, residents or visitors have about the home and how we can support them.”

Job Title: Managing Director Joined: 2023

Sheila joined Elmfield Care originally as an Operations Director and now as the Managing Director for the group. She brings 40 years of experience with her from working in the care sector across Residential and Nursing environments as well as hospital and community settings. Her past experience includes multi-site management as a Regional/Area Manager, a CQC Inspector and a qualified Social Worker all of which has given her the opportunity to develop high quality and safe care to all individuals. Coupled with genuine passion to ensure people are given opportunities to live the life of their choice, within a safe and caring environment. “I am excited to be part of Elmfield and being part of a developing compassionate care provider, that ensures ‘the person’ stays at the heart of everything ”.
