The staff are always friendly, welcoming and offering tea/coffee etc. My friend is always comfortable and the bell is answered at once when she presses it. Lovely surroundings, plenty to do for residents who are up to it.

If anyone is thinking of going here be careful to check everything over because my cousin was misled and ended up in hospital and was declared homeless after he had paid and his sister still hasn't had any answers.

Naomi began working within the care industry in 2005, starting her career as a Care Assistant in the community and eventually moving over to the Nursing sector. Naomi also gained 7 years of experience supporting individuals with learning difficulties and challenging behaviours. Soon after, Naomi worked her way up the ladder, going from Team Leader to other Managerial roles and eventually making the decision to return to Dementia Care. Naomi has been working within Elmfield Care since February 2023 and was recently appointed General Manager in November 2025.

Charlotte joins us as our Front of House after working in various customer-focused roles throughout her career. She comes from a varied background including Administration, Kitchen Design, Arts and Crafts and Marketing. Sheila joined Elmfield Care originally as an Operations Director and now as the Managing Director for the group. She brings 40 years of experience with her from working in the care sector across Residential and Nursing environments as well as hospital and community settings. Her past experience includes multi-site management as a Regional/Area Manager, a CQC Inspector and a qualified Social Worker all of which has given her the opportunity to develop high quality and safe care to all individuals. Coupled with genuine passion to ensure people are given opportunities to live the life of their choice, within a safe and caring environment. “I am excited to be part of Elmfield and being part of a developing compassionate care provider, that ensures ‘the person’ stays at the heart of everything ”.
