Overall Experience
It has been a tough time for the family, the guilt you feel with loved ones going in a home is hard but the staff have been very supportive and we have seen such an improvement in my grandad since moving into BH Residential Care Home. Cannot fault the care he is receiving.

Overall Experience
Mum has moved here after having been in a place that was not so warm and friendly. It's a huge relief to us as a family to have been lucky enough to find a place where we now feel she is safe and cared for. It's early days but the staff seem motivated and genuine. Mum has moved here after having been in a place that was not so warm and friendly. It's a huge relief to us as a family to have been lucky enough to find a place where we now feel she is safe and cared for. It's early days but the staff seem motivated and genuine. The overall feeling is that they are trying to create a positive, supportive environment that promotes independent living. The rooms are spacious and communal living areas are fitted with a range of seating suitable for all. Residents are encouraged to take part in activities and there is a varied food menu. The place has only been going a short time but so far so good. Thanks.

My experience at BH Residential Care Home has been brilliant. The staff are amazing, hardworking and caring towards residents and each other. I would definitely recommend this home to others as I cannot fault any area of my experience.
