Hello, thank you for leaving such a lovely review about your experience on care delivery, meals and our Care Team. It was a pleasure getting to know your Mum and supporting her in her last days, it was a privilege to care for her. Thank you.
Hello, thank you for this heart warming review. We are a dedicated team that wants to ensure we accommodate residents and their loved ones needs. We enjoyed working with you Mum, she brought a lot of laughter into our home. Thank you once again for your beautiful feedback.
She lives there, so has some comments to make herself, but I know she does communicate her needs and constructively critical comments to the relevant folk. The home is more like a hotel to be in to me. The public areas are so comfortable and tastefully
I cannot think of any constructively critical aspect to share at this time.
Sadly, she chooses not to engage with the other residents much, or take part in the activities. She is very disabled but completely 'on the ball'....... But I know there are activities and another resident does pop in to visit her daily.
Hello, thank you for your lovely review. We understand such big move can be overwhelming to each individual but we are here to offer support every day. We will continue working with your Mum to gain her confidence back and increase social life. We are pleased your Mum is now slowly settling in.
