Lovely welcome from reception, to care staff, restaurant personnel, nurses and admin. They make everyone feel at home and it has the feel of a 5-star hotel. Nothing is ever too much for anyone. Parking is a bonus. Building and gardens beautiful.
Creating a warm, comfortable and homely environment for our residents...
Couldn't fault it.
Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback. We are delighted to hear that you had such a positive experience with us. Your kind words about our carers, staff, surroundings, and facilities mean a great deal to everyone here. We're especially pleased that you found the care and support...
The care my mother is receiving at Signature Highgate is exceptional. A wide range of activities are taking place throughout the day and cater for a range of interests amongst residents. My mother loves all the music- singing and dancing. Everything is high quality with attention to detail. Staff are friendly and skilled in what they do.
Hi Aoife, Thank you for your kind words and for taking the time to complete your review, we do believe that if families share their experience it does help those that are at the begging of their journey in looking for care for a loved one. We are so happy that your mum has settled and has become an integral member of out Highgate family.
I came to visit a friend on respite stay. From the I arrived I was made to feel welcome. The home is beautiful and the staff are incredibly friendly. I would thoroughly recommend Highgate to anyone looking for a caring, welcoming environment.
Thank you so much for your kind words, I will be sure to pass them onto our team members, We always make sure that our residents are at the heart of everything we do here at Signature Highgate.
I moved my stepfather, who had advancing Parkinson's to Signature at Highgate and I'm very glad I did. As soon as I met the lead team I felt confident they would his care needs. When he moved in, the calm and peaceful the environment enabled him to relax in a way that had been entirely absent in his previous care home. Because of his needs, he had one on one care, Signature assessed whether the carers were meeting his needs, and guided and supported them in their roles. Staff assessed his health needs and engaged him in deciding how he wanted his care to progress. That sensitively undertaken work proved so insightful and beneficial, and allowed him to live as well as he could in his last days. My step father loved the Signature garden, a the physical exercise groups and the opera streaming. He also greatly appreciated being taken to Kenwood. More than that, he appreciated and benefited from the gentle care of the excellent staff.
Thank you Amanda for your kind words, your stepfather was a lovely man that we all miss terribly. The smiles and joy on his face was a sight to behold, he was a humble man and very appreciative of the care and support he received. He made some lasting friendships here not just with the care team...
I cannot praise the care given to my friend too highly, from the day he was welcomed here a year ago, to the day he passed away peacefully, feeling valued and cared for. It followed a very difficult experience at his previous care home, which had left him feeling tense and confused. At Signature, he was treated with dignity, respect and kindness, his needs were anticipated, and the staff went above and beyond to make him feel at home. He was encouraged and supported to take part in the many enrichment activities, including trips to venues and activities outside the home, which made life much more interesting. The communication and support that I received was also outstanding. The peaceful environment and respectful and caring attention my friend received, made a difficult time much easier, not only for him, but for all his friends and family.
Thank you so much for your kind words; they truly mean a great deal to us. It was an honour and a privilege to care for and support your friend during his time with us at Signature at Highgate. The smiles on his face, and the excitement he showed for our trips out and the entertainers who visited, were truly heart-warming. He will be very much missed by everyone here.
I have been well taken care of here over a 12-day period. The staff are professional and caring in all the common areas. Individual care on room floors can be somewhat haphazard - a bit like the pen.
Thank you for taking the time to give your feedback on your recent stay with us, this does help us.
I can only say how much it has helped me to spend 3 weeks at Signature Highgate. The whole experience has been delightful although nervous and unable to walk when I arrived, I was soon put at ease by the wonderful staff, nurses and carers. Nothing was too much trouble and their care was fantastic. I was introduced to other residents, all of whom are happy and settled. I played bridge and watched a film in the lovely cinema! I will return to visit the friends I made!
Thank you so much for your kind words, I will make sure these are passed onto the wider team. We are all pleased that you enjoyed your stay with us, it was our pleasure to be able to support you until you were able to return home. Its been lovely seeing you visit our home to continue playing bridge with our residents.
My mother was at Signature for 4 weeks respite/rehabilitation and I felt very relieved & content to leave her in such beautiful surroundings with a team of very caring staff. The carers and nurses were always on hand to assist and spend time with both residents and their families alike. Residents are treated with dignity and the staff ensure they are kept active and engaged.
Thank you so much for your lovely review Larissa! It was our pleasure to have your mum in our home and look after her while she recovered! We will share your kind words with the wider team!
Bringing my husband here has given us all as a family peace of mind. We have seen a big change in his behaviour. He is happier and much more relaxed. His 'difficult' moments have been handled with care and professionalism, offering him dignity and enabling him to trust his carers.
Thank you for your kind word, I will be sure to pass them onto the wider team. We are lucky that we have staff here that genuinely care about our residents every resident is like family to us all.
I don't think care homes get better than this. There is seeming no limit to the level of love, care and attention to quality of life at Signature at Highgate. Arriving to the sound of my dads laughter was always a reminder that they are not putting on a show for the family - they are doing what they do because they care. If she we could afford to keep him here we absolutely would and it would be worth the money
Thank you so much for your kind words, we loved having you dad stay with us, we his miss his cheeky smiles and the laughter he shared with us all.
The staff are all professional and polite, the apartments are spacious and comfortable and although I didn't participate in the activities they are numerous and varied. From the first visit to look round to the end of my 3 1/2 weeks stay, it has been a pleasure to be part of the signature experience and I would recommend it for whatever you and your relatives care needs may be.
Thank you for your kind words, I will make sure these are passed onto the wider team. We endeavour to make everyone's stay here in our beautiful home the best it can be whether that be for a respite stay or for a permanent move. We are proud of what we have to offer here at Signature in Highgate.
I cannot imagine any care home providing a better service. Thank you very much to the staff for everything they did.
Thank you so much for your feedback! The team and I are so grateful for your kind words, and it was our pleasure to look after your father and make him as comfortable as possible. He will be missed!
I came to Signature Care home on the 21st of April 2025, with the intention of a respite and post-operation care after surgery. However, the surgery which I came for at hospital had been postponed due to medical reasons, and for this reason I decided to return home after spending a lovely respite at Signature. The most significant quality of Signature I noticed is the friendly atmosphere and the high quality of their services. The management made you feel easy and being welcome as soon as you arrive.
Thank you Hassan for taking the time to review your recent stay, it was an honour to welcome you to our lovely home. We loved that you chose us from your home overseas, we look forward to welcoming you back in the future.

Meet the Team (6)

I worked for the NHS for over 10 years in care while raising my children, which has enabled me to have a greater insight into my role as Client Liaison Manager. I am here to support residents and their loved ones in making their decision about their long-term care needs. The most rewarding parts of my job are showcasing our beautiful home and enabling potential residents and their loved ones to visualise how we can enrich their lives with everything we have to offer here at Signature.

I am the General Manager for Signature at Highgate. My role is to ensure we honour and deliver our commitment in providing the highest quality of care in a luxury environment. I am responsible for overall service delivery to our customers and community, inspiring and leading the onsite team and ensuring high standards of governance and compliance are achieved.
Over the last 10 years, I have had the privilege of serving the healthcare sector through managing and leading frontline care services for our elderly population. I have met with many individuals who have willingly shared their life experiences and wisdom with me. This has reinforced my sense of duty and heightened my level of respect for our elders. During this time, I have been proud to lead and work alongside some amazing team members who have a genuine passion for care and a true desire to serve. I have learned a great deal from these colleagues along my career journey.
I am very much a people person, and I truly believe in the values of responsibility, integrity, kindness, compassion and doing what I can for others. The care sector has afforded me the opportunity to live these values in the workplace, for which I am truly grateful.
I was immediately drawn to Signature because of the culture and principles the organisation aspires to. I joined the Signature team in 2017, and I am now passionately working with the community and team here to take the home’s services forward. The team and I are fully committed to embedding the core principles of empathy, care, compassion and integrity into the Highgate community.

I have worked in the care sector for over 20 years, with five of those years spent proudly within the market-leading Signature Family. I have held the positions of both Dementia Care Manager and Residential Care Manager, but Dementia Care is my passion, and it is such a rewarding and fulfilling role. As Dementia Care Manager at Signature at Highgate, it is my responsibility to ensure that our residents receive the highest standards of person-centred care and are supported to live fulfilling and happy lives while living with Dementia. I feel very blessed to be a part of a beautiful Signature home, and I am confident that we can make a meaningful difference during crucial moments in our residents’ journeys. I am honoured to be trusted with the care of your loved ones.

With nearly 19 years’ experience in luxury hospitality, I moved into care because what began as volunteering grew into a deep, heartfelt calling – and today, I love every moment of my work here.
My career started in five-star hotels, where I led front?of?house operations and managed large, high-profile properties for over 15 years. I built expertise in flawless service, team leadership, attention to detail, and creating warm, memorable experiences for every guest. When I volunteered during the pandemic – supporting the NHS and local communities – I realised how much I wanted to bring that same dedication to people who deserve care that feels personal, dignified, and truly special.
I blend my hospitality background with a person-centred approach to care: I oversee all hospitality operations, lead and train the team, and ensure every detail – from meals and surroundings to activities and daily touches – supports our Members’ comfort, happiness, and wellbeing. I’m known for being hands-on, leading with kindness, and inspiring everyone around me to deliver refined, thoughtful care and service every day.
Outside work, I enjoy cooking, gardening, and staying involved in my local community – passions that all feed into how I help make our residence feel like home

I have worked in the care sector for the past 10 years, building my experience across different roles. For the last three years, I have been proud to be part of the Signature Family, where I have continued to grow professionally while supporting teams to deliver outstanding care.
As Residential Care Manager at Signature at Highgate, my focus is to ensure our residents receive the highest standards of person-centred care in a safe, supportive and compassionate environment. I am passionate about empowering my team and recognising the important role they play in making a meaningful difference in the lives of those we care for every day.
Working in care is incredibly rewarding. I feel privileged to support residents and their families during important moments in their lives, ensuring each person is treated with dignity, kindness and respect. I strongly believe in the Signature values of compassion, integrity, accountability and positivity, and I strive to embed these principles in everything we do within our home.
I am proud to work alongside such a dedicated and caring team, and together we are committed to creating a warm and welcoming community where residents feel valued, supported and truly at home.

As a Maintenance Manager, I bring over 7 years of experience in ensuring Signature at Highgate remains safe, well-maintained, and welcoming for everyone. My primary focus is creating a safe environment, with particular attention to fire safety, compliance, and the smooth day-to-day operation of the home. I take pride in maintaining high standards and responding quickly to any maintenance needs, helping to ensure the residents are comfortable, secure, and satisfied with the place they call home.
