I couldn't recommend this care home highly enough, the facility is modern, pristine and immediately kept. The quality of the facility is only outmatched by the staff, professional and genuinely caring, so very pleased to have chosen this care home for my mum.

My mother was 90 today and the staff were simply marvellous as usual.
They all made the day for us all as a family special.

Always on hand for taking family photos, nothing was too much trouble. Many thanks to all the staff.

Respite care was for me my salvation towards recovery in a beautiful yet functional building known as Marsh Farm Manor Care Home. The present team of carers have been welded into a very good, supportive body of men and women of all nationalities. They have both time and ability, giving me the environment that I felt safe in, as my health changed towards returning to normal living. The variety and excellent quality of food, helped by the care of hair, feet, mental health and entertainment all helped me in my early struggle of mental anguish. I return a better man because I entered these portals full of expectation and was not disappointed. Thank you.

The lady on reception was very welcoming and helpful on booking in and leaving and checked the facilities for any maintenance work required. I was able to point out that a table just needed a part mending. I was surprised to see a bar but that no fitness facilities were present, such as exercise equipment or a pool. I was disappointed that there was no bottled water available for lunch or herbal/caffeine-free teas. The lunch was not very appetising and very old style and would benefit from being healthier and more cosmopolitan. However, overall a well thought out and good standard of accommodation and service.

Mum was transferred straight from hospital to Marsh Farm Manor, a new care home in the area. Beautifully furnished with all the facilities you could wish for, lovely quality rooms, mum had a pressure sore from the hospital, they ordered a special air-controlled mattress for her the next day. The food is exceptional, she is now eating three nutritious meals a day after hardly anything in the hospital. The doctor and nurse have already seen her, the staff are amazing from the hardworking manager to all the carers. Can't praise all of them enough, such a relief.

From the moment we entered the premises, we were greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff members are not only professional but also display genuine compassion and empathy.
The facilities at Marsh Farm Manor are outstanding. The rooms are spacious and clean and are thoughtfully designed to create a comfortable and homely environment. The dining experience is exceptional, the communal dining areas provide a lovely opportunity for the residents to socialise and enjoy meals together, creating a sense of community and camaraderie.
One aspect that stands out is the personalized care provided to each resident, the staff take the time to understand the needs and preferences of each person and take care to offer support while fostering a sense of dignity and respect.

I would not hesitate to recommend Marsh Farm Manor to anyone looking for a caring place for their relative.
