We couldn't be more delighted with the quality of care, high quality rooms and facilities, and the ongoing activities and constant friendly faces. The staff really do seem to have a calling in their roles and this sector. The rooms, lounges, beauty salon, terrace and all the facilities are outstanding and more like a 5 star hotel crossed with a homely feel. We feel relieved to know Gran is in a safe, social environment. Thank you also for making all our family so welcome each time we come visit.

After leaving school, I was fortunate to work alongside my father and learn many skills in the joinery and building industry. In 2012, I moved into the care sector and instantly knew I'd made the right decision – the variety within the role is something I really enjoy.
I've been at The Waterside since March, when the home was still under construction, and I've become very attached to both the building and our lovely residents.
