The customer service from the time I first visited Rownhams Manor to mums assessment, arranging respite care, then full time care a potential very difficult transition was handled very professionally.
I was dreading moving my mum from her own property into a care home this was made much easier with the help advice and support given by Treasa the customer relationship manager.
It is a pleasure having your Mum here with us and we hope she continues to brighten our days with her music! See you soon.

Mum had resisted moving from her home to residential care but came to realise she needed the extra support. She couldn't have been happier with the experience. Rownhams Manor ensures that it couldn't feel more like a loving home. She was no longer lonely - she felt happy and safe. The whole family was encouraged and welcomed to achieve the feeling of a 'home from home'! The staff were so kind, patient and caring and made her smile to the end of her life.

Really nice care home. They do the best they can with the tools they have.
For improvement I'd suggest more staff to support the demand from patients. Dementia is extremely challenging and it puts strain on the residents as well as visitors.
More support is needed for staff and visitors but otherwise it's lovely.
Feel more activities would be good.
And regular towels being provided in bedrooms which we asked for multiple times.

Mum was 90 today and we had a small celebration for her at the home where we could decorate an area for her as a surprise and there was a small buffet and Birthday cake for her. Very memorable occasion for us all
Thank you so much for the lovely feedback - we always try to make things special for our residents and loved ones.
I was really impressed with the overall effect of how you felt as soon as you entered the complex. It was bright and airy, spotlessly clean and well decorated. In addition, the staff were always smiling and very helpful and accommodating. This feeling of warmth and contentment remained with me as I entered the communal lounge and dining room. Finally, my best friend's room was really nice; in fact, it was far better than a lot of hotel rooms I have stayed in.
Thank you so much for the feedback - we are glad you have had a positive experience. We always aim to ensure that we give high-quality care to our residents and make the premises and atmosphere as homely as possible
We spent 4 weeks at Rownhams having respite care. Staff were kind, caring and hardworking. The food was very good and our clients were well catered for. The rooms were kept clean by lovely friendly cleaners and our clothes were whisked away by the laundry staff only to reappear a couple of days later beautifully clean and ironed! Activities such as exercises, trips etc, were fun and we returned home with recharged batteries. Thank you for caring for us!
Thank you so much for the feedback and it was a pleasure to have you come to Rownhams. Please feel free to pop along to any of our events or for a coffee
