We arrived at Barchester Burwood Grange Care Home in crisis as my father went into hospital with a suspected stroke and my mother has dementia and complex needs. From the moment we walked in, we were treated with compassion, care and reassurance. All the staff gave me ample time to discuss our needs and made Mum feel at ease. The grounds and facilities are outstanding, clean, well-equipped and appropriate. During her respite stay, we now feel confident that she will be treated respectfully and we have peace of mind while my dad recovers.

Burwood Grange has brought my mum back to life! It was a huge decision to move her into a care home but Burwood Grange has ticked all the boxes; beautiful, accessible spaces and gardens, a wide range of activities and most importantly, friendly, caring staff. It is so encouraging to see Mum engaging with other people again and enjoying life. Lots of parking and very welcoming to friends and family too. It is so reassuring to know Mum is being looked after so well and so lovely to have her living close by for a change.

I was worried for my friend as she couldn't look after herself as before and I felt helpless. Since she has been living in Burwood Grange I can't believe how she has improved and my old friend is now back, full of life, full of spirit, and looks 10 years younger than she was when she joined you.
