Hello, My name is Dacre and I am very proud to be leading our team here at the beautiful Burwood Grange, a state-of-the-art care home in which I’m sure you will be more than happy.

I am a qualified manager with 15 years of experience leading teams in both private and public health care providers and I pride myself on striving to achieve excellence for those entrusted into our care. I believe that life in a care home should be a fulfilling experience and one that should bring purpose and enjoyment to every day. Burwood Grange is a beautiful, purpose-built care home in which our main focus is to enrich the lives of our residents. We aim to do so by not only understanding the needs of those in our care but through engaging with them in developing a personalised approach to their care that ensures we enhance their experience daily. Every day should be a special day.

I have had the pleasure of working for Barchester Healthcare for the past 12 years, where I have fulfilled my passion for caring for people. My role is to ensure that our residents receive the highest standard of care while taking a person-centred approach.

Hi, my name is Roxi and I have worked for Barchester for seven years. I started as a senior carer and then worked my way up to become a care practitioner, and I am now happy to be part of the team at Burwood Grange as care community lead.

Although new to Barchester and the home I have many years of experience working in care and I feel very honoured to be part of Burwood Grange. My name is Mahesh and I am the Head Chef at Burwood Grange Care Home. I am very happy to be working with such a dedicated and caring team. I an an accomplished Executive Chef with over 20 years of experience in luxury resorts and boutique hotels.

Hello, my name is Mariana. Originally I come from Romania. I arrived in the UK in 2013 and have worked in care since. I am a senior carer at Silverbirch House. I decided to work for Barchester because it's such high quality and the training is excellent. It has been a big experience for me. I have enjoyed meeting my new team and getting to know them. My manager Louise is excellent and very helpful.

My family life is very busy with my own elderly parents. Many things I have learned already help me be a better carer to them, as they mean so much to me. Seeing other people happy brings me so much joy and I am proud to be a part of the team here.
