State-of-the-art facilities include a specialist hydrotherapy pool, exercise studios, and a farmhouse kitchen. There is ample outdoor space for residents to enjoy, including an allotment, two putting greens and a greenhouse.

Walking into Broomfield Village Care Home felt like I was walking into a five-star hotel. Beautifully decorated and a warm welcome. The staff there are fantastic. Smiley, talkative, caring and attentive without being in the slightest bit patronising. The facilities are second to none with great extra
touches put in, like a sweet shop, kids area and cinema. The food was outstanding. I left feeling that my grandmother was being taken great care of in a place she'd be comfortable and happy to be.

It's really early days for Broomfield Village Care Home having only opened this month. Mum took up residence last week as only the third resident, so we await the arrival of many more residents for Mum to bond with. The level of care received, so far, is beyond expectations and how they can achieve
this in line with what can only be described as five-star hotel luxury is just mind-blowing.
The facilities are amazing, from the lounges, the salon, the cinema, the children's area, the sweet shop to the putting green, the garden room, the arts and crafts room - even a radio station room! The food is of fine dining quality - all produced on the premises - even the bread and cakes and Mum is very happy to enjoy a glass of wine with her meals. The carers and staff have made every effort to get to know Mum and how to handle her little foibles. I can't fault the non-patronising care given by each and every person. I look forward to Broomfield Village becoming a thriving village of its own within the community.

I've joined the Principle family, sharing their ethos and values; to ensure that through my work, I can make people feel special every day.


In my role, I believe it’s important to have a strong understanding of clinical needs and regulatory requirements, along with good communication skills and a keen eye for detail.


Supporting and mentoring the team, is the key to feeling a sense of achievement at the end of the day, and in turn, delivering excellent care for both residents and their families.


Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my children.

I’ve worked as a Customer Relationship Manager in the care sector for 6 years now, both commissioning new homes and supporting established homes with their customer relations.


My role is to introduce new families to the home, guide them through the process of looking into care for themselves or a loved one, and help them during the transition of moving from their home into a new community.


My passion for working in the care industry has grown significantly over the past 6 years, and continues to do so every time I make a difference in someone's life, by supporting them and their families during their move into residential care.


When I'm not at home, you'll find me spending time with my family and friends, participating at a local parkrun on a Saturday morning, or enjoying a coffee in one of Chelmsford's independent coffee shops!
