We totally understood that the move from another care home was a worry, but through gentle support we are so happy that your lovely mum has settled so well with us. She is fabulous and its has been so heart warming to see how quickly and easily she adjusted to living in our home. From their first day to their last we want it to be a special heartfelt experience, which is why when we were told your mum was on her end of life journey the only thing to do was get her home, where she belonged. It was not only mine, but my teams privilege to give her the send of she most truly deserved. It never gets easier saying goodbye to our residents, and a hole is left within the home. We as a team would just like to say that we are so pleased that you are happy with your mum's care here at The Manor House Roundhay, we pride ourselves on taking care of our residents and trying to continue things that your mum has done historically.We are like a big family on the Chesters Suite, and we all take care of each other. Your parents in law are delightful people and we are so lucky that they have come to join us at the Manor House Roundhay. They have settled so well with us and its a pleasure to care and support them both. They are certainly living life to the full and enjoying the all the facilities, the care support, but most of all the wonderful activities. Watching them dance together in the caf bar during live entertainment is a wonderful sight and their joy and happiness is fantastic to witness.
