My first impressions were how lovely the staff are and helpful. Mum was out on a trip and Dad watching TV as he didn't want to and having a bit of a snooze. They didn't know I was coming, so big surprise for them, The staff made food so we could eat all together as I was with my sister. The food was fantastic, I could see them looking so youthful with smiles back into their faces and Mum with a spring back in herself as she came back from your trip telling all about her day! My sister told me that Dad was a bit reserved at first but now in very good spirits, looking better in himself. Thank you all so much for giving my parents a bit of life back!

My mum was struggling to cope at home; it had become unsafe living on her own and her GP service was unhelpful.
