Hello. I'm Anthony, and I am the General Manager here at Pittsmead Grange. My wonderful team and I look forward to welcoming you into our home.

I started working for Barchester Healthcare in January 2012 as a Healthcare assistant, before becoming a senior carer after my level 2 VQ, then I became a Team Leader after my level 3 VQ.

I joined the Operational team in 2017 as an Operational Trainer, teaching subjects such as Induction, Safeguarding, Moving & Handling, BLS, EFAW, and then became a Senior operational trainer in 2022, supporting the regional/Divisional team in coaching/mentoring new ops trainers and supporting the development and innovations of the DLP and other programmes.

My passion is to support our residents and staff to provide the best quality care, and I am a very much hands on Manager.

Pittsmead has a great team that I love supporting, and I strive for the best for us all to further develop outstanding care in the home, ensuring our residents receive the best care possible.

Hello, my name is Emily and I am the Home Administrator at Pittsmead Grange Care Home. I have been working in care homes since I left school and have over 4 years of experience working within an admin/reception team. I am really excited to be working in such a beautiful environment and with such a great team. As the Home Administrator, I will be here to help our families with any questions they may have about their account, I will also be ensuring that the back office and front of the house are run efficiently. I really look forward to welcoming new residents and their families into our wonderful home.

Hi, My name is Andrew and I am the Head Chef here at Pittsmead Grange. I have worked in the care sector for over 30 years and I am very excited to have now joined one of the most highly respected care providers in the UK.

I do my very best to make every mealtime a home-from-home experience using only fresh ingredients to provide nutritious and tasty meals. Most importantly, sitting and chatting over a cuppa with our residents is undoubtedly the best way to get to know their favourite foods or the things they may well be missing. And my kitchen team will then try to incorporate them into our menus to make the residents feel more at home.

Hello, my name is Nicole and I am the Head Housekeeper here at Pittsmead Grange.

I have been in the care industry for 27 years and I look forward to being a part of this new adventure with my wonderful team. This is a beautiful new home and I will have great pleasure keeping it looking that way for all our residents and their families.

Hello, my name is Constantin and I am excited to join the team at Pittsmead Grange as a Care Community Lead.

Caring for people is my passion and I bring over 10 years of experience in both the NHS and the private care sector to this new role. Warm, knowledgeable, and highly approachable, Sarah guides visitors through every step of the journey — from initial enquiries to understanding the services available — ensuring they feel supported, informed, and reassured from the very beginning.
