Overall Experience

I was reticent about going into a care home initally but my concerns were allayed when I went to stay at Port Manor for 2 weeks respite care. I have nothing but praise for the staff. All without exception were kind and caring in the extreme and my previous opinions regarding care homes were changed immediately. I'm home now with my family and feel like I've had a two-week 5 star holiday! I will certainly be happy to return if and when the need arises. I will strongly recommend this care home.
