Woodside Nursing Home is exceptional in every way. When you have to make this difficult choice, Woodside comes highly recommended. All the staff are amazing; friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and person-centred, always ready to help with warmth and professionalism. The food is high quality and varied,
with additional refreshments always available on request. The home is spotless, with stunning garden views, especially at sunset, and you might be lucky enough to spot a squirrel or deer playing in the garden. Spacious private rooms with your own TV, and great shared spaces complement the wide range of daily activities. It's been a warm welcome for my mum, who is very happy here.

Nurse tried his best for me to be allowed to go out with patient without nurse. Staff are always very pleasant and try their utmost - provide coffee/tea for visitors, organise trips, bring out the best in the patients and engage their interests. Rooms are extremely clean - cleaner extremely pleasant.

I was very pleased with the overall nursing care my mother has received during her nearly five years of residency. Many of the carers felt like family as she and I had known them so long. ALways happy and obliging - after my mother had trained new staff members to her standards. In the last year there
has been little staff changes so good to know my mum wasn't trying to get to know new people constantly. Food was an issue for my mother, but as an ex-cookery teacher she had high standards. Value I cannot comment as nothing to compare, except pay privately £300 more than NHS pay!

Amazing care home treated my dad with dignity and respect - staff always helpful and friendly. My dad didn't want to be there but told me they treated him like royalty. Staff kind and considerate when my dad passed. Always clean and quiet and lovely position. Highly recommend.

Mum was only here a month. During her stay, she was treated with care and respect. Nothing was too much trouble for the carers. All her needs were met. Medical care was excellent.

My mum stayed at Woodside for the last 2 months of her life and was treated with such kindness and compassion by the lovely staff. The care was exceptional and it made a huge difference to the family knowing that she was in good hands.

The home is spotlessly clean and the staff are welcoming and always on hand.
Mum is settled and happy. Her room is bright and spacious and always tidy. There is lots of interaction for Mum from the staff and other residents, she enjoys the varied activities on offer. We would recommend Woodside.

I've been really impressed with Woodside in all aspects of care. The staff are friendly and go out of their way to help. Communication is good and frequent. I feel like they will keep me updated 24/7. Staff at Woodside really seem to care and are very kind and gentle with my mum; it's what she needed.
They've tried to include her in communal sessions where possible, but her health no longer permits it.

I am so impressed with the level of care my mother receives since she came to Woodside. All the staff on Oaksuite have been compassionate, and understanding and respond well to all her needs. Mum doesn't attend activities any longer but they are well planned and enjoyable. I am also thankful for the
excellent support they give me and all the family - we would all recommend Woodside 100%. I don't think there is a better facility.

I found the staff extremely friendly and I settled in well. Nobody forces me to join in activities unless I want. There is always plenty of food and drinks. The staff are very attentive. The outside space in the warmer weather is lovely. Plenty of trees, squirrels and deer! You can relax on the balcony
in the garden and enjoy the sun.

My mother was a resident at Woodside for seven and half years until her recent death there. During that time she received constantly good care from all staff and was happy at Woodside. Her last few months of deteriorating life were made comfortable by the care and attention of the staff and the support
in her last few hours was second to none.
