My auntie was very well looked after with her end of life care. I cannot fault anything. The manager explained everything to us. This made things easier and comforting. The staff are very professional and caring. You should be very proud of them.

I went to Woodside for two weeks convalescence following a hip replacement operation. Quiet accessible location with no noise from traffic. Modern building with sensible windows that can be left open when unattended or at night. Conscientious and well-presented staff who were cheerful, helpful and caring. Varied, appetising food appropriately presented. Rooms and common parts cleaned every day. TV in all rooms. Laundry service and hairdressing available. Telephone in the room and visitors pleasantly welcomed. Optional activities enjoyed (music). A uniformly good experience.

This is a wonderful care home. I have visited many residential homes but this will be amongst the very best. Clean, bright, well decorated and very welcoming. Staff are professional and welcoming and residents all appear very happy.

Most importantly we have always found all the carers to be excellent, being kind, courteous and respectful when dealing with residents and are welcoming to us. Food is important and always looks appetising and varied. We would have no hesitation in recommending Woodside as being one of the best in Bath.
