Overall Experience

Ever since my brother moved to Temple Grove care home in 2015. I have visited him there and found all staff I have come into contact with have been very friendly and helpful. My brother always seems very happy there and gets on with all the staff. He tells me the food is good and should there be something on the menu he does not like there is always something else provided.

From time to time I am told residents meet the chef and put forward suggestions for meals. A weekly notice of activities is given to the residents. The place always looks nice and clean. I cannot comment on value for money as I do not know what my brother pays.

If you are looking for a care home for a loved one, where you don't have to worry if they are being cared for properly, if they are stimulated through daily activities and entertainment, where they receive delicious home cooked food and are ALWAYS treated with care and dignity - then this is the home you are looking for!! If I needed to go in a home, I would want to be in this one, with wonderful caring staff looking after me! You will not find a happier better run home.

Overall Experience

My mother moved into Temple Grove in August last year, my mother was previously in another home care home closer to my home - Big mistake! My sisters and I looked at a lot of local homes and Temple Grove shines brighter than any due to its bright, clean, airy rooms and cheery, compassionate carers. I spent a lot of time visiting at this home and never once was I disappointed with the care my mother received. The manager and staff here could teach the other homes a thing or two!

Overall Experience

My grandmother spent the last 4/5 months of her life at "Temple Grove". She could not have been better cared for, the staff showed exemplary care and compassion to my grandmother, her every whim was catered to! The manager is hands on and always available to chat or just listen and reassure you. The home is bright, spotlessly clean and I can honestly say ALL the staff are happy, smiling and always ready to help you.
