Overall Experience
My mother's health deteriorated very quickly. All the staff responded quickly, appropriately and with a lot of kindness and attention, going over and beyond what was expected.
They were prepared to have training to meet my mother's care needs even though it is not a nursing home.

The staff all appeared very genuinely caring towards my mother and had built up a lovely relationship.

Foxton Court has been home for our mother for the last two years. She has had particular needs due to having a long term illness. The staff have made her feel at home. They have got to know her as a person, not a "case". She has been treated as a great individual with a need for help with being fed. The home's managers devised a special mould to shape pureed food so it looks like the actual food, amazing. So much more appetising. There are regular activities and outings for all the residents and they have different people on the team that help.

A great place for rest and restoration for my mam. Very caring staff who assist in any way they can to help make the stressful period in my mother's life easier. A personal touch without being overpowering. Always willing to listen and further offer a solution to the smallest of problems. Thank you.

I have appreciated all effort made to make me comfortable in body and make allowances for mind lapses. The staff assist where necessary but let you be independent if that is what you can and want to do.

Overall care has been extremely good from not only the carers but cleaners, cooks , hairdresser , entertainment. All the staff employed have long tiring days and sometimes could do with a little extra help or so it appeares to me .

I've been here for respite care for the last ten months, soon to return home. During my stay here, I've been most impressed by the way the home is run and the standard of care given willingly by the lovely staff. I would have no reservations about recommending the home to anyone considering residency.

My father is currently a resident of Foxton Court and has been there for approximately 3 weeks. He originally went there for 2 weeks respite following a fall however he has decided to stay there now for the foreseeable future. From the very first day, the staff at the home have gone out of their way to make his stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. Everyone is very friendly and he has been looked after very well. His room is clean and comfortable and he enjoys the activities and days out when he gets the chance. The food is very good with plenty of choice. The common areas are spacious and bright and again there is choice as to dining rooms and lounges. My father also enjoys sitting in the garden where there is plenty of seating in pleasant surroundings. I would not hesitate to recommend Foxton Court to anyone.
