All the staff have been excellent with my mum during her time at Redbricks. They are very attentive to any health needs but also take her wellbeing seriously. Time to chat, paint nails, sing, and banter between residents at the dining table. She also really likes the food!

Overall Experience

Mum has been at Redbricks for ten months now. She has settled very well, is always clean and eats well. The staff are excellent and attentive to the residents and their families. As we are a big family, Mum gets quite a few visitors during the week, which has never been a problem. You can sit and talk with Mum and the other residents in a lovely spacious living room, or if you want more privacy you can go to their room. The staff put on events for all the residents, which include celebrating their birthdays, Easter, Halloween, Christmas; you name it, they celebrate it. They play bingo, dominos, do chair-based exercises, dance and sing. They also have entertainers who come in and the local school choirs also visit, which the residents love. Management keep you well informed of everything that is going on. Overall, I would not hesitate to recommend Redbricks to anyone who is looking for a safe, caring and friendly home for their loved ones.

Overall Experience

Moved my mother down from London in January to Redbricks Care Home to be near all her family. We could not believe how lovely the staff were and helpful the night we got there. My mother has settled in really well, and nothing is too much trouble for the staff - very friendly and professional. The home has a very nice feeling about it, like home-from-home; it is really nice to see how all the other residents are so happy, and the staff do their best to keep them entertained. We visit all the time, and it's nice to know nothing is too much trouble. We would highly recommend Redbricks Care Home - thank you all so much for looking after my mother.

Review from Kelly H (Granddaughter of Resident) published on 25 April 2023 Submitted via Website
Overall Experience
Redbricks Care Home welcomed my nan with open arms and smiles all round. The home is warm and inviting and always has a therapeutic atmosphere, lots of laughter from both staff and residents.
The care my nan receives at Redbricks allows us as a family to come away after each visit with the peace of mind that she is safe and happy.
We are a big family and visit daily and feel we are building good relationships with staff. This is very comforting as this ensures open communication which is vital.

I would like to thank all the staff for working so hard and delivering an excellent service.

My mother-in-law was looked after with love, friendliness and care. Cannot fault anything from the moment we dropped her off till we picked her up. Her visitors were welcomed as were telephone calls from friends. The staff were brilliant and caring, with a sense of fun. All residents were clean and well dressed.

Thank you Redbricks.
