I would like to mention Ebeneezer who without fail always gets me attention whenever I am visiting my aunt. He always gives me updates and let's me know how things are.
I would also like to mention Lori Fisher who has been great at trying to build a better relationship with Clement Park after having a tough time with the runnings of BCG.

My dad moved into Clement Park Care Home on 09/07/2025. Sadly, he wasn't there for long as he passed away seven weeks later. However, in that short time I was blown away with the amazing staff at the home. They were extremely friendly, caring, thoughtful and dedicated. They were extremely respectful of Dad and his needs. Nothing was too much trouble. They even fed me as Dad was receiving end of life care. They also sent me a sympathy cared when Dad passed away. Small touches that mean so much. Dad's room was always kept clean and he enjoyed the meals he received. You do hear some horror stories about care homes but I am so glad I chose Clement Park for Dad. I could not fault a single thing.
Thank you for taking the time to send in this lovely review for Clement Park. Sincerest condolences on your dad's passing. It was an absolute honour for the team to take good care of him in his time at the home. They will be so touched to hear your feedback.
Really appreciate him taking time out his busy schedule to chat to us regularly about mums care.
Thank you for taking the time to send in this review of Clement Park. It's great to hear that you've developed such a great working relationship with the home, all for your mother's benefit. The management and team will be so pleased to read this.
Clement Park care home is clean, tidy, safe and secure. The decor is bright and contemporary in fact some of the furniture is the same as mum had in her flat which she is quite happy about.
The staff are getting to know mum and are attentive to her needs and are always ready for a chat and a bit of banter with her. The food is decent and plentiful The staff are kind and make me confident that mum is in a caring community that will look after her. I haven't felt so confident about her situation for quite some time.
Thank you so much for your lovely review. It makes all the difference to us, and our hardworking staff, to know they are making the difference, both for your mum, and for your own peace of mind that she is happy and you feel conifdent about her care. Thank you once again for taking the time to let us know, and we'll be sure to pass on your kind words to the home team.

It was great to be able to visit Grandad and see that he was so well taken care of. He has a great relationship with the staff and we found that he is well taken care of. The care has definitely prolonged his life and quality of life for being there.

I find Balhousie Clement Park to be a caring, safe place where residents are treated with care and attention by all staff. Residents can enjoy crafts, baking, physical games, films and special musical afternoons with dancing supplied by invited musicians. Balhousie offers modern ensuite rooms and well-laid-out common areas that are spotlessly clean and fresh. Nutritious meals are made on-site, and varied and lovely cakes and snacks are served in the afternoons. I am pleased with the cheerful way my mother is treated and secure in the fact she is very happy here.

My father and stepmother have been in the care home for six months. The home is very comfortable, and all the staff are friendly, very approachable and do an amazing job looking after them. They have the patience of a saint, as I know it's a very difficult job, but they all carry out the tasks with smiles on their faces. I picked out this home from eight other homes, and I am extremely happy with my choice.
Thank you very much for such a lovely review. Your comments about how friendly and approachable the staff are and your appreciation of the hard work they do will mean the world to them. We'll be sure to pass them on to the team. Thank you again.
If our mum is happy and content, well looked after, what more can we ask Balhousie Clement Park Care Home? Excellent team.

Mum is happy and relaxed, she is in good company and there is entertainment in the home.
Thank you for your review - it means so much to us and our hardworking staff to know you are happy with your mum's care and that, even more so, she is happy and in good company too. We'll be sure to pass this on.
I was made aware of this care home by my sister-in-law who had a friend who was in it. She had nothing but praise for it. That was why I contacted them for a vacancy. I was very happy when I received one.
Thank you so much for your lovely review. We'll be sure to pass on your kind words to our hard-working staff, who will be so glad to hear this. Thanks again.
I found the staff to be very warm and attentive. They have created a positive and homely environment and provided my granddad and ourselves with a sense of comfort and peace of mind knowing he is well looked after. The facilities are very clean and well kept too. The food is great, and there is always a variety. There are plenty of engaging social activities as well. Thanks for a positive experience!
Thank you so much for your wonderful review. 'Positive', 'homely', 'peace of mind', 'comfort'... are all the things we would want to hear that our residents and their families are experiencing in our homes. This will make all the difference to our hardworking staff, and we will be sure to pass on your words. Thank you once again for taking the time to write your review.
I have found the staff to be very friendly and caring. All staff would appear to cater for the individual needs of the residents and also keep family members updated regarding changes in circumstances. I would hesitate in recommending this facility to anyone.
Thank you so much for taking the time to write your review. We're very pleased you are so happy with your family member's care. We'll pass on your words to the hardworking staff. Thank you again.
My Dad has been in the Care Home now for a few months, but the staff made him feel so welcome as soon as he was transferred from Hospital. The care and compassion shown to him has helped our family and we cannot thank all the staff enough. Dad is so well looked after and we have peace of mind knowing he is more settled within himself. The facilities are very good too, there are lots to do for residents and always something going on for them. My Dad likes to stay in his room most of the time as he is very tired, but loves his television but the staff always check on him and ensure he is included in a way that suits him. The food is very good too, always a great variety, and the extras in between meals always go down a treat with him. His room is large enough, decorated very well, we have only had to personalise a bit for him with photos etc. The staff know us now by name, which is nice and they give us an update on how Dad has been. Thank you for looking after him and us!
That's fabulous to hear - thank you so much for taking the time to write such a lovely and full review. Knowing the impact they are making makes all the difference to our hardworking staff and we'll be sure to pass this on. Thank you once again.
My father-in-law has settled well since moving in to Clement Park, he was transferred from another home, so we were a bit concerned about how the level of care would be for him, however, we had nothing to worry about. He was made very welcome and the staff have looked after him extremely well. He doesn't leave his room much, this is his choice, so the staff make sure he feels included in what is going on and keep his spirits high. There have been a few medical issues with him and the team were totally on top of it and informed us of what had happened and what they were doing for him. We keep buying him lots of goodies but he is always full up, he gets his three meals a day and all the treats in between which he loves, so we bought him a mini fridge so we can put his goodies in there for when he is in the mood for something. Also the level of personal care is very good too, he loves his daily shave! Thank you so much for giving him the care that he needs.
What a wonderful review - thank you for taking the time to write it for us. Hearing that they are making the difference for our residents means the world for our hardworking team. We'll be sure to pass your comments on to them. Thank you once again.
I would just like to say, what a fantastic job the staff in Clement Park have done through this whole pandemic. The manager and all her staff have kept my mum and all other service users safe, happy and well in making sure that they did not contract this deadly virus. As a family member, we can not thank them enough. I live 500 miles away and have missed coming to see my mum but now I am able and she is happy and well. Thank you Clement Park Staff.
Thank you. This means so much to our incredibly hardworking team.
Brilliant care home kind, considerate of feelings and fears of residents family. My mother has given them a run for their money and they still keep a sense of humour about it. Brilliant with residents mum thinks they are all her cousins.
Thank you so much for your lovely review. Glad your mum is keeping our team busy!
