Staff were excellent and their care was second to none. The nursing staff is also excellent. My father loved it in the home. The food was great and the activities seemed fine also. My sister and I had no complaints about the care my father received.
Thank you very much for your lovely review. We are very glad you are happy with the care your dad received at Coupar Angus. We'll pass on your kind words to the hard-working staff, who will be so pleased to read them. Thanks again!
For the entire time of my husband's residence, care and consideration were given to his every need. The staff were kind, helpful and cheerful. When my husband died the senior night shift nurse was very supportive of me for which I was and am grateful.
Thank you very much for your lovely review. We are so sorry for your loss, but we are very glad you are happy with the care your husband received and that the staff were able to provide some comfort. We will pass on your kind words to the hard-working team, who will be so pleased to read them. Thanks again.
All staff are kind and caring. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Couldn't ask for anything more.

My brother has only been here 2 months but a huge improvement from the care home his daughter and son moved him from! I cannot answer value for money or the activities as we go every week and he always wants to come back to his room to play dominoes with us.
Thank you so much for your lovely review. We are very glad you are happy with the care your brother is receiving at Balhousie Coupar Angus. We will pass on your kind words to our hard-working staff, who will be very glad to hear this. Thanks again.
Mum was always treated with dignity and respect. Nothing was too much trouble when it came to caring for her and the staff were always courteous and informative to my wife and me anytime we were in.
Thank you for your lovely review. We are so glad you are happy with the care your mum received. We will pass on your kind words to our hard-working staff, who will be so glad to read them. Thanks again.
When my mother arrived at Balhousie Coupar Angus Care Home for an all too short stay. All the staff treated her with all the respect and kindness you could ever wish for. She herself said she was being treated like royalty. Her eyes lit up and she smiled every time any of the staff came into her room to check on her and spend time with her and there was always laughter. She also enjoyed and looked forward to all of the lovely meals and goodies which are freshly prepared on the premises by the dedicated team in the kitchen. When my mother passed all the staff showed so much care and compassion, and I again cannot thank them all enough for making my mother’s last weeks as comfortable and happy as one could ever wish for.
Thank you for your lovely review. We are so sorry for your loss, but we are glad you are happy with the care your mother received. We will pass on your kind words to our hard-working staff, who will be so pleased to read them. Thanks again.
My dad was admitted to the home as an emergency admission on a Friday evening in January. We were all very emotional and apprehensive about the situation. From the minute we walked in the door our fears were allayed by the warmth and genuine compassion we received from the staff, even at this very busy time of day. My dad has settled in very well - he cannot speak highly enough of the staff. He tells us at every visit how wonderful they are, and we have experienced nothing but kindness and warmth from everyone we have met. The home is spotlessly clean and my dad is really enjoying the food and in particular the fresh home baking in the afternoons and the homemade soup. There is a lovely, friendly atmosphere in the home and we are so grateful to everyone for making my dad feel so safe and well looked after.
Thank you so much for your lovely review. We're very glad your dad is happy at Coupar Angus and we'll be sure to pass on your kind words to the staff. They will be so glad to hear this. Thanks again.
I would recommend this care home to anyone who needs to be in a place like this. It's a nice place to be in and the staff are lovely and very helpful. We all have good banter together.
Thank you for your lovely review. We're so glad to hear you enjoy living at Balhousie Coupar Angus. We'll be sure to pass on your kind words to the staff. Thanks again!
From the initial meeting with the manager and throughout Dad's time there, until he passed away in December everyone was fantastic.
The cleanliness, facilities, activities, food and support they offered me and other family members were above and beyond what I expected.
Even though one of my father's family was very difficult and constantly looked to find fault where none was, and to be honest must have made the life of those working there very challenging at times, the staff continued to look after Dad with the utmost professionalism and loving care.
I know in the short few months that he was there he touched the heart of many of the staff and they are forever in my heart for the care they gave him.
Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review for our staff at Balhousie Coupar Angus, especially following the passing of your dad. We're so pleased to know, at such a difficult time, you received all the support and loving care you needed. Those who cared for him will be very touched to receive your message and we'll be sure to pass on your kind words. Thank you once again.
Excellent care home with amazing staff. My dad moved into the EMI unit at Coupar Angus and settled in straight away, he was relaxed and content. I feel this was due to the care and compassion given by the staff as they took the time to get to know my dad as an individual and what his likes and dislikes were. The staff are patient and dedicated and treated Dad with compassion and respect. The management team and the staff also took the time to communicate and support our family. The home-cooked meals and the snacks provided are very tasty and nutritious. A varied choice of daily activities was available for Dad to take part in if he wished to. The garden had plenty of different areas for Dad to enjoy. The rooms are a good size with fresh towels replaced and cleaning done daily. The atmosphere in the dayroom was warm and inviting and felt homely. I have no hesitation in recommending Balhousie Coupar Angus to a family looking for the right care home for their loved one.
Thank you for your wonderful review! It means the world to us and our hardworking staff to hear how much difference their dedication has made to you and your dad. To be relaxed and content so quickly is indeed a testament to their care and compassion, as you say. We really appreciate you taking the...
Our relative is happy, feels safe and her physical health has improved due to excellent care of staff and her diabetes is now well controlled and her diet is well balanced - a really positive outcome. The staff contact us immediately should the need arise. Home very clean, food good and staff very caring and patient with residents. Staff always available and helpful.

I enjoy the food. I don't like meat very much, but there is always an alternative! The room is very good and clean and the staff are very helpful, caring and good at listening to my stories. I enjoy being here. The gardens are lovely and colourful and the paths make it easy to walk on. On sunny days, it is lovely to sit outside.
Thank you so much for writing your review of your home for us. It's wonderful to you enjoy being there. We'll be sure to pass on your comments to our staff.
It's good. I do like the food. No complaints. I feel well cared for. I'm trying to exercise to be able to walk again as my son-in-law would take me for a drive, once I'm OK to walk. I'm happy as a bird here.
Thank you so much for writing a review for us. So wonderful to hear you're as happy as a bird in your home! We'll be sure to pass on your comments to our hardworking staff.
No issues. Excellent service.

We couldn't have hoped for better care for our aunt in her last few weeks. She was very complimentary about all of the staff and, during our visits to see her, we found everyone to be friendly, helpful and caring.
Thank you so much for this review, and for taking the time to write. It's lovely to hear this. Our condolences to you on your aunt's passing.
The home has a positive atmosphere. The staff are very caring. Residents' rooms are of a very good size. The feel of the place is more like a small B&B or Hotel rather than an old folks home.
Thank you for taking the time to write. What a lovely compliment!
Made welcome on all visits and very friendly staff. Residents are treated in a caring way under most trying circumstances, especially the dementia residents. Food excellent and tea etc on offer at all times. It's a purpose-built building with nice surroundings. The staff are hard-working but could do with more of them.
Thank you so much for taking the time to post your lovely review, and we're so happy to hear that your husband is well cared for at Coupar Angus. We'll pass this on to our incredibly hardworking staff.
