My mother came to look at this care home and liked it very much and she spoke to the staff as well. When she was diagnosed with brain cancer and she needed full care, she was admitted to Neem Tree Care Centre. She was there for about 4 weeks before she passed away. They took very good care of her and I would recommend anybody to use this centre. Very, very good, keep it up.

Neem Tree Care Centre is of very high standard where they treat all the residents as family and provide for individual needs. They provided a high standard of care 24/7 and all the staff have been amazing from communicating with the residents and their family to feeding the residents. They provided regular check-ups with the GP and communicated everything back to the family.

My father sadly passed away on 3rd September 2019, he was 96. The staff in this home are very kind and very caring. From the management to the nursing staff and the carers I say thank you. Thank you for taking care of my dad, for getting to know him as a person and caring for his needs. He knew all of your names and was very happy in the Neem Tree. I take my hat off to you all.

My brother has been residing at Neem Tree Care Centre from June 2018 to March 2019. I visit him at least twice every week. I can't praise the care my brother has had, every aspect of care received has been 100%. This home has changed my brothers life. He is so happy. All the staff are always so caring. The nursing he receives is also excellent. My brother does have a high level of nursing needs. Thank you Neem Tree.

My brother-in-law has been a resident at Neem Tree for 2 years and 3 months and he has been very happy there. He was well looked after and never neglected. His medication was administered well and his medical records kept well so that whenever needed to visit hospital for regular appointments I could supply the doctors with well-kept information. Apart from conditions which he had before he went to Neem Tree he was kept in good health which only deteriorated in the past few months, after his 95th birthday. His dignity was respected to the end and he was nursed with loving care and attention. This care was to all. An excellent care home highly recommended.

Overall Experience

My nan stayed at Neem Tree Care Centre until her passing in October 2018. Her 8 months there saw her body in major decline, but the staff were extremely attentive, particularly during any illness. She was well cared for and treated with dignity and respect. The management team were always available to assist with queries and showed great concern for her welfare. The nursing team ensured she was clean and well fed and treated her like family. We are very pleased with the treatment she received.

Neem Tree staff and care for my mum was excellent and if this source was in Harrow I would never move my mum and make it a permanent resident there.

We really appreciate the care my mum got. Thanks once again to all the staff and the service management.

I am really very impressed by this care home. I don't always announce my visits, as I know by now the meal times etc... But every time I come I can see the same, exemplary cleanliness and extremely kind staff tending to the people in their care.
In every contact with a resident and indeed with visitors like me, every staff member smiles is very friendly and kind.
They are very attentive to the issues of comforting the residents, I watched how the friend I came to see, who is now no longer on her feet, was gently helped into a position that was more comfortable for her, her pillows and blankets adjusted. All done with tenderness and patience.

Sad though it is to see my friend in her ever worsening state, seeing how well she is being cared for I find reassuring.

My father in law was a resident of Neem Tree Care Home during the last three months of his life where he received care and attention that can only be described as fantastic. The dedication of the staff ensured he was comfortable and cared for which certainly made him feel happy. The staff and management at Neem Tree are to be commended for making the lives of the residents as happy as possible which in turn made us, the relatives, also happy to know that they were in good hands.
