Swinton Grange

My dad has been a resident here for well over six months. He is very settled. The staff and the facilities are amazing. If we have any questions, the staff are always happy to answer them regarding my dad's care. Nothing is too much trouble for them, and I would highly recommend this care home.

My father is a resident, and he has really settled in. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff who care for his needs, which as a family, puts us at ease when we can't be there. The staff and management are very approachable if you have any questions. We are really happy that my dad is a resident at Swinton Grange.

I went to visit a family friend, and one of the managers was doing such an amazing job; she stood out so much with how genuinely caring and pure-hearted she is. She not only makes the place light up, but she also made it a lovely atmosphere to be in. I will forever recommend this care home as its such a warm and welcoming home due to the staff!

Mam seems happier than she was in her previous care home. They have sorted out her calves/ankles, which were really swelled up. She always looks well dressed and clean, her hair always looks very clean. She speaks very highly of the staff. She has good days and bad days, but in general, seems to have accepted she is in the best place for her.

The team at Swinton Grange are clearly a team! Thank you for caring for my dearest friend!

All the staff are very welcoming and friendly, and nothing is too much trouble for them; they will go that extra mile to help the residents and visitors. Very caring staff. The standards of Swinton Grange are extremely good, very clean and always smells nice. My mum has only been here just over a month, and the first time my sister and I visited the home, we knew it was the one for her. We are so happy and content knowing that she is well looked after and cared for.

I wish to praise the service given at Swinton Grange in all aspects of care, attention, support, cleanliness, communication, promoting a welcoming, most calming atmosphere and treating all as equals. The quality of care is excellent, and all give and provide a 100% service at all times. All staff at all levels are admirable. Thank you always.
