Hurst Park Court is a lovely residential care home, bright, cheerful and homely. I would like to praise all the staff for their hard work and dedication, particularly during the covid-19 pandemic. They have cared for and kept my mum safe, along with many others during the past year. The staff are lovely, caring and friendly and my mum is much happier since she moved in 2 years ago. Thank you to everyone!

Prior to my wife needing residential help (due to dementia) I was concerned about her welfare, I need not have worried, Hurst Park Court is an outstanding establishment in all areas of care, the staff, building, facilities and activities are exceptional. There is nothing that the staff treat as unimportant and they always treat any concerns with respect and courtesy. The buildings/accommodation are always very clean and comfortable, I particularly like some of the "facilities", the Post Office, the bus stop, postbox and the bar'. In pre covid times staff organised special dinners where relatives could attend, these included Valentines Day and Christmas Lunch - I could continue but will just say a big thank you to all staff for showing the real meaning of care.

Just wanted to say thank you so much for a wonderful Christmas Day lunch. The food was amazing, staff were (as usual) fantastic and everybody made us very welcome. I felt like a celebrity! Mum had a wonderful day, we couldn’t have asked for more.

Can you please pass on my heartfelt thanks to everybody involved.

My Mum has been a resident in Hurst Court for over 12 months. It was a hard decision to put my Mum in care for all the family. I would like to thank all the staff and management for all their care. The home is a credit to the manager and all the staff. The home is spotlessly clean, every one of the staff are smiling and happy, very caring and supportive. They helped us get through this difficult time, there is so much love and care toward the residents and families, it’s now truly my mums home, nothing is too much for the staff. I can take my grandchildren to visit my Mum and we are always made welcome. There are always activities going on, singing, dancing, painting and party’s for special occasions and days out. When I go home I have the peace of mind knowing my mum is being well looked after and cared for. Thanks again to everyone.

As this experience was new to me and I had the responsibility of finding a care home for my mother. I couldn't have asked to have met such lovely people who put my mind at rest.
On my arrival, the management and staff showed me around the establishment and they couldn't have helped me more to make me welcome with their professional manner and friendliness.
Nothing is a problem to the staff and everything is met with understanding, sympathy, warmth and most importantly a smile on their faces. The home itself is well presented and kept clean and tidy. The fact that the staff go above and beyond to make the residents feel part of the community by doing different activities is fantastic.

Knowing that my mother is happy and is in safe hands has lifted a huge weight off my shoulders. Thank you.

We had to find the best kind of home for Mum and we did so in Hurst Park Court. She arrived with the wonderful staff there in July 2018 and we couldn't have asked for better people to look after her. Mum was treated with the utmost respect and shown love and shared laughs every day. We too were welcome as part of the Hurst Park family.

The whole place is bright and welcoming and as a family, we would have no hesitation in recommending this haven to those who are worried about putting their loved ones "into a home". This is not an institution, it truly is home for those who live there, right down to their own front door. It is small enough for there to be a good resident/carer ratio and so you know they are being looked after.

Sadly, mum passed away a month ago and we actually miss seeing everyone! Mum loved it there - I'm sure your parent would too.

After viewing many care homes, as soon as we walked into Hurst Park Court the feeling was one of home. Our mother settled in and was treated as ‘one of the family’ as were we, which helped us to hand over her care to the staff. Visits from schools, baking and artwork are some of the activities and the singalongs are precious!

The staff have a wonderful, caring and loving relationship with the residents and my mum loved each and every one of them! Thank you.

I would like to send a massive thank you to the manager and all her staff for the last 10 months of my dad's life.
Hurst Park Court restored our faith in an uncertain care system. His time at the home has been full of laughter, love, care and devotion from this lovely establishment. Dad passed away peacefully in the early hours on the 18th of March. It was sudden and unexpected.
I saw the shock on the faces of staff coming onto shift as I waited for family to arrive but how grateful where we that he didn’t have to endure being sent off to hospital and not only did the staff treat him with respect and dignity throughout that night into morning but they were truly fabulous to us as a family.

We will never forget your kindness and on behalf of all of our family, we wish you all every health, wealth and happiness in the world. I would not hesitate to recommend Hurst Part Court to anybody that has to make this difficult decision to put their loved ones into care. Thank you all so much.

The care home manager and staff are excellent and have given us peace of mind regarding our Aunty's care. Her needs are always their priority to make her comfortable and settled. They go above and beyond with facilities provided, even having someone come to do her hair. My Aunty has gained weight and is very contented. Amazing care home!

My mum has now been in Hurst Park Court for three years. In that time mum has been given the most wonderful caring support by the manager and her staff team. The manager and her staff never fail to make sure all my mum's needs are met. At no time have I visited mum and had any concerns regarding how mum is being cared for. I am confident that the decision to put mum in Hurst Park Court was the right one. I have nothing but praise for how the manager and her staff care for my mum.

It was one of the most difficult decisions we have ever had to make putting our much loved father into care. Hurst Park Court eased the transition and his care since arrival five months ago has been fantastic. residents are treated with respect and dignity. My father is happy and content what more could we ask (apart from more efficient laundry system!!) Highly recommended. Thank you

My mother in law has lived at Hurst Park Court for a number of years. I am happy with the care she receives. She has lived in other care homes but we were always very concerned about how she was treated. We love how good the staff are and are always very attentive.

Since Hurst Park Court was taken over, the care (which has always been good) has become excellent. My mother was unsettled in previous care homes. She is happy, there is continuity, clothes don't go missing, staff are friendly and professional. I am very happy with the care provided.
