We are reassured that mum is being given a high standard of care and is valued and treated as an individual.

Mum has not long moved over from another care facility and this is so fair ahead.. I feel like the staff are really caring, approachable and kind, what mum needs. It's been a really hard few years and I can honestly say this is the safest I have felt mum is with mum being looked after by someone other than myself after getting her diagnosis. Thank you again to the whole team who support myself and other families, means a lot through these hard times.

My mum moved to Hurst Park Court in August after being in her previous care home for a number of years. As a family, making such a change was something we were understandably anxious about.

From the very beginning, the team at Hurst Park have been incredibly welcoming, kind and reassuring, both to Mum and to us as a family. They took time to get to know her as a person, understand her history and what she enjoys, and helped make what could have been a very difficult transition remarkably smooth.

Most importantly, we have seen Mum happy and settled. Seeing her laughing, joking, enjoying music and engaging with the people around her has been wonderful and gave us enormous reassurance that we had made the right decision.

Communication with the family has been excellent and there is a genuinely warm and caring atmosphere whenever we visit. We are extremely grateful to everyone who has helped Mum settle into her new home and for the kindness and she continues to receive.

Our first impressions of the home are great, the staff are all friendly and are really good with the residents. The facilities in the home are of a good standard and the entertainment is also of a good standard. The staff have made every effort to make mums transition in to the facility as smooth as possible, for the most part mum seems happy to be there to the best of our knowledge, she is always smiling and happy when we come to visit.

my dad arrived here November 25, the first time I visited him I was really upset at seeing him here, I was expecting him to be coming home by Christmas, that was not to be, over time I realise my dad is better off here getting 24 hour care that I cannot provide, all staff are friendly and know all residents well, they know all family members by name too. Up to now I have been to two garden parties which my dad enjoyed.

My mother was admitted to Hurst Park Court in December 2025. In the short time that she was there, she was happy, felt safe and secure. The staff there were compassionate and caring, making my mother feel a sense of belonging and valued. I would like to thank everyone at Hurst Park Court for looking after my mother with dignity, ensuring she was clean and content.

My dad is currently residing at hurst park , from the moment my dad arrived hurst park he was made to feel welcome , it always a very difficult decision when looking for a care home for your loved ones , my dad has settled really well and I put that down to the staff , they are always happy and very caring, lots of the residents have different needs but the staff are always very obliging and nothing is too much trouble . I would recommend this care home .

Would be good to have more regular relatives meetings.

Hurst Park is a marvellous Care Home. From the bright lounges with the colourful fish tanks to the quiet rooms, wide corridors and excellent staff. Noreen a member of the care team is super sweet to my Mum who always says to me that "the girls/nurses are good" Samantha Hanger the Administrator has brilliant communication skills and is quick to respond to matters or concerns efficiently. Sam is the reason why my Mum lives in Hurst Park. She was helpful and caring during the process of looking for a home for Mum. There's a few more carers that I wish to commend but I can't recall their names. Those of you looking after Rita, thanks so much. You are appreciated. The rooms are fabulous too. They're ensuite and this provides independence and dignity to residents. There's a newsletter too that informs families about the diverse range of activities and life at Hurst Park. Thank you for your excellent team effort in caring for people and giving families reassurance and peace of mind.

The care home manager showed no empathy or support and refused to rearrange meetings despite my role as my mum's RPR (DoLS). On the day we removed my mum, her belongings were left in bin bags by the main door, how degrading for my 80 year old Mum ! STAY CLEAR

Please dont send your loved one to Hurst Park. Dont be fooled by the lovely decor. This care home is notorious for when your loved one becomes a little troublesome ( they have dementia) they do all they can to have them moved. They have just evicted my 80 year old elderly mum 2 days before Christmas, that tells you all you need to know. They dont know the meaning of the word care. They are currently under new management who tried to stir trouble between siblings. They ring u in the middle of the night saying your loved one wont go to bed, but once you arrive af 1am there are no bed sheets on their bed and your loved one has bruises on her wrists. I could go on and on, but dont say youve not been warned. Think really hard before you decide to leave your loved one here.

From our first contact with Hurst Park, we were met with professionalism, care and respect. The moving-in process was swift and full of the love that we always feel when we visit Mum. She receives the best care each and every day and night - we know this from our numerous visits at any time, unannounced and from the relaxed smile on Mum's face. The whole building is spotless, food is excellent, and the staff, we feel, are quickly becoming friends. Mum enjoys her new home at Hurst Park, and I would recommend it to everyone. Thank you.

I am very happy entrusting mum's care to the staff and management at Hurst Park.

My mum has lived at Hurst Park Court for 4 months and settled in so well. All the staff are positive and friendly and hardworking. The place is clean and I am made aware of anything relevant relating to my mum's care. Would recommend. Samantha has been particularly helpful and supportive.

After looking after my mum at home for 3 years her mixed dementia has got worse and my dad who is 80 was struggling to cope. Mum has been at Hurst park for 5 weeks now and is loving being there. The home is lovely, modern and clean. The staff are wonderful. Mum hasn't asked to come home once. She enjoys the activities and company of the residents. I Cant thank the staff enough. Thank you

Lovely care home for my mum, who is a dementia sufferer. The staff are friendly, polite and very knowledgeable. They look after my mum exceptionally well, and nothing is ever too much trouble. The home is very safe and secure at all times. It is a lovely bright home with lovely decor in the rooms and lounge areas. Very clean and tidy. My mum is doing great in Hurst Park and has settled very well. Highly recommended.

I can honestly say that I am 100% impressed with the quality of this home. My mother in law has been in here since September 2024 and has settled in very well with the aid of the wonderful staff. They really are wonderful with her. She is always well dressed, clean and well fed. I can not praise the place to other people enough. I would highly recommend the home to anyone.

Very pleased with the overall care. I had an incident which did go on for a bit which was very distressing but this has now been attended to thank goodness. Carers are very good at their job and the home is clean and tidy.
