Staff can't do enough for you.
Very relaxed setting and calm environment.
Cleanliness was 100% and always smells fresh.
Cared for relative with excellent personal care and washed, shaved and hair done daily. Would totally recommend.
Thank you.
The care my dad received here was the best, they not only took care of my dad but also us as a family, staff here are caring and supportive.
It became our second home as we stayed many nights to be with dad.
We as a family will always be thankful for their care as I believe they looked after dad so well that we spent extra valuable time with him.
I strongly recommend that anyone who is looking for a care home for a loved one you won't get one any better then Boldmere care home.
We as a family would certainly recommend Boldmere Court to any other families that find themselves in very difficult and distressing times as a place of help, care, attention and dignity.
Thank you! It was our pleasure and privilege to look after you all as we do all our families xx
Dad was in the home for many months. The care was excellent, staff was so dedicated and caring. If I could fault anything, the only fault would be the washing of clothes as the whites always come back grey and soft foods were the same day after day. There was only one special chair, so most times dad was bed bound as the chair was in use with other residents.
My grandad was placed into Boldmere Court in the Meregreen Unit. All staff are very helpful and friendly. My grandad has always had a clean room and is always looking refreshed, is always fed well and dressed well.
What a lovely place, great reception. Staff very professional. Nice manager. Clean and well organised. Care staff are lovely. Nothing too much. Would recommend as father previously been in two other home. This one exceeds expectations. Nursing staff very professional!
