Thank you for your recommendation and for meeting with me to discuss some of the things you have outlined in your review - I hope I was able to reassure you. Our team receives regular on-going training, in particular in end of life care and we are frequently complimented on how we care for our residents and their loved ones. Thank you for your review and positive recommendation. Recently we have successfully recruited some additional members to our team which is why there are a few new faces – I am pleased to say we have had some really positive feedback about how well they have settled in. We did have a short spell recently when we were recruiting extra permanent domestic staff but these too have now started. If you would like to discuss anything further I would be really happy to speak to you.
