Quarryfields is a learning disability service that supports adults living with complex needs arising from severe or profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD), and autism spectrum disorder.

The home has 24 en suite bedrooms across a range of small accommodations, including male- and female-only units, each with shared kitchen, dining, and lounge spaces.

There’s also a communal garden and life skills activity room that encourages independence in daily routines and development.

The nurse led team - comprising registered nurses, support workers, and activities coordinators - is experienced in supporting people with high acuity and multiple diagnoses, including those who present behaviours of concern.

Quarryfields creates highly individual activity plans, with residents supported to explore hobbies, volunteer, develop life skills, and remain socially connected to community life.

Our son needs a very complex understanding of his needs and we find from the management to all staff, nurses and cleaning staff, they are all helpful in making his days and nights a very pleasant place to be in and it makes us sleep easy at night knowing he is in a good place.
We visit every week plus
he comes home most weeks with the care staff of the day we have a good relationship with all the staff members as we phone twice a day for updates on the day he's had the response from the staff is always reassuring.
So we we have complete reassurance that our son is in a good safe place and a big thank you to all the staff.
