Overall Experience
Our son needs a very complex understanding of his needs and we find from the management to all staff, nurses and cleaning staff, they are all helpful in making his days and nights a very pleasant place to be in and it makes us sleep easy at night knowing he is in a good place.
We visit every week plus he comes home most weeks with the care staff of the day we have a good relationship with all the staff members as we phone twice a day for updates on the day he's had the response from the staff is always reassuring.

So we we have complete reassurance that our son is in a good safe place and a big thank you to all the staff.

Overall Experience
This is a great service for my son who has challenging behaviour, autism and learning disability. He is cared for very well. The staff that look after hm are great. I would not want my son to live anywhere else.
