Church View Care Home is a purpose built, modern and luxurious facility set in the peaceful village of Stanwell in Middlesex. The home is close to local bus routes and has access to local amenities.

Church View is able to offer a range of care including Nursing and Dementia care, while also offering respite, convalescence and palliative care.   

The home is tastefully decorated and bright, bedrooms are all single rooms with full en-suite wet rooms.

A professional nurse and care team provide personal and social care to residents, whilst hotel services team provide the ancillary support including meals and laundry.

I am so happy with the care home, my sister is very happy there and contented.The care staff are so kind and helpful , nothing is to much trouble .
The home is immaculate ,very clean and tidy and well looked after .
The activity staff are so caring , they have lots of activities everyday , music ,
lots of entertainment ,
Especially on special occasions .
The food is very nice , good choices on the menu .
The gardens are beautiful, , with large patio.
It is such a lovely atmosphere ,

Churchview is staffed by the most amazing team of knowledgeable, hard working, polite and skilled individuals.
My dad lives there and has severe dementia and they are striving to give him the best life possible and find ways to make all our lives bearable. The team on Willow are kind and patient and
look after my dad with a smile, even when he is disruptive. I have seen many other care homes and this is one if the best. Its fully refurbished and has a nice smell. The new gardens and flower displays are good enough to win awards. Everything is spotless and as soon as a mess is made, its cleared and cleaned. You are welcomed in with a big smile from the reception team and offered drinks and cake. The sympathy i have got from the staff at this difficult time helps me get through the grief that watching a loved one with Altzeimers brings. I would recommend this care home. They really care.

My Mum came to Church View earlier this year following the break up of a relationship with her partner mainly due to his inability to cope with her care needs. It's been a very unsettling time for her throughout the whole process and continues to be so due to her illness. The staff have shown patience,
professionalism, care and above all kindness from the day she moved in and are managing her condition well. The activities provided are superb and really well thought through. The recent open day/party was fun to attend and a great demonstration of the keenness and diligence of the staff to make a special experience for everyone. (Visitors included)
The home was recommended to me by a good friend and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending also. Thank you Church View.

When my partner first came here, he was uncooperative and unresponsive. The staff here have been so kind and patient towards him & have brought him out of his shell. He eats well now & has even put on weight. He goes willingly to most of the activities which he would not have done before. The other
patients in his unit are all lovely too. I am so happy he is here.

My wife has been in this care home for over a year now and I cannot fault the care and attention my wife has received during this time.
During this last month my wife has deteriorated and is having increasing bouts of sickness. Apart from referral to the doctor the home has started a food diary to
help diagnose the problem.

My mother arrived at Church View mid-December 2024.
On arrival we were met by one of the nurses who was so welcoming and introduced us to the staff on duty that day, who were also very caring and supportive, took no time for mum to settle in comfortably.
I give five stars to Church View for excellent
care, cleanliness, professionalism and support.
Special thanks to the manager and everyone who cares for my loving mum.
Best care home. Highly recommend.

My mum was here for a respite for 4 weeks to start with. Then Extended for a bit while my Dad was in there for End of Life care.
She loved being there and we could visit her any time night or day.
My mum is bed-bound, but they included her in many activities. Thank you, team. She made a fresh flower
arrangement, a lovely crown with beautiful handmade (by the team) flowers and she loved it when the animals came to visit the home.
They also found a comfortable chair so she could go and see my Dad when he arrived. They came here every day to see him.
They bent over backward to help with every aspect of my mum's needs.
We as a family were oh so grateful for everything they have done for us.
From care assistants to the management they were so helpful.
Thank you all for making my mum's stay the best.
And maybe if she needs another respite she will be coming to you.

The Staff were brilliant with my Mother. They seem like they care and go over and above what's expected. I am very impressed with the care received in the few months my Mother has been here! They keep in regular contact with me by phone and I am always assured they are on top of things and all is good

I feel lucky to be here. All the staff are amazing. Nothing is too much trouble. If I need anything I simply ring my bell and within one or two minutes a member of staff will come to see what I need and it gets done at the earliest opportunity. This is the same day or night. When I arrived here I was
unable to walk and my legs were pretty useless. I have a wonderful physiotherapist who works tirelessly to improve my mobility. He gives me exercises and does fantastic massages. Although painful I feel the benefit. I have reached the stage with the help of a Physiotherapist and one carer I can just sit on the edge of my bed which I certainly couldn’t do when I arrived here.
I am kept warm and cozy and the quality of the food is very good.

The carers were very nice and looked after my Father okay but wasn't great! But the money you pay, the service you get. The management in my opinion was unprofessional and uncaring but that's just my experience. This place was rated inadequate in 2019 and the same management is still there so I find
this unbelievable they are still employed by this care home. I pointed out some problems I found when my father was there and the reply I received in a very sarcastic way was" Thank you for your feedback". My Father is in a much nicer place with staff and management really care, unlike the manager at this place. Not impressed with the care my father received. Would say look around for other care homes before deciding on Church View.

I feel it appropriate to respond regarding some comments you have made. Your father came to us on a respite as you are aware for a defined period, and we continuously accommodated and extended on your request. This was to the detriment of the other family that was moving into the room your father was in. I appreciate that is frustrating and you had requested that your father stay at Church View long term but unfortunately, we were not able to accommodate that at this time. As mentioned the room had been promised to another resident and family knowing your father's placement was only for a limited period of respite. We purchased the home in Jan 2023 so the management has completely changed and the rating of inadequate is not related to the current management or operator. The current rating is uninspected as a new operator we are waiting for the CQC to complete the inspection. I wish you all the best for the future and indeed your father. Best Regards Cliff

I am delighted with the care and attention received by my husband over the last four months. It has been a difficult time for us as a family and we received wonderful support and were made to feel so welcome.
The activities staff have been so good and the carers are superb.

My dad, who suffered from advanced dementia, received excellent care from very friendly, cheerful, kind and attentive staff. When more mobile, he enjoyed sitting in the lounge and eating his meals in the dining room. When he became bedbound, the staff ensured he was safe and comfortable, looking after
all his medical and personal needs. He was very well cared for by a fantastic team who did an amazing job. I can't thank them enough.

My dad is well cared for here. The staff are lovely and always smiling. They are very caring and patient. My dad is enjoying living here and enjoys the many activities they put on. He enjoys the food and is eating well. He has a nice large room with a view out. It's always clean and tidy. The lounge
is a pleasant place to sit and has a friendly, homely feel, and staff are always on hand. I feel happy that my father is in a safe and comfortable place and is so well looked after.

Our relative is very happy here, especially as her friends are able to visit her and she feels included in village life. She is receiving excellent care and is delighted that her leg ulcers have been cured after many years of NHS neglect and thick bandages. The staff are very friendly and caring and
do all they can to make her comfortable and happy. This is a huge relief for us as we live 150 miles away and can only visit once a month.

The treatment Mum has at Church View has been very kind and professional. Staff have a lot of patience with Mum who has dementia and can be very demanding and difficult. Staff who work with Mum, especially the team leader are great and the activity team in persuading Mum to join in with activities.
The assistant manager always answers any emails or questions promptly and I get regular updates if she is 'Resident of the day'.

Poor communication, for example, no notification of change, of change of manager or change of ownership, condescending communication advising resident is resident of the day, when bedbound and cannot participate in any activities, just because she has put weight on.

I have no issues with the care and support my sister receives. I cannot give enough praise to the staff who look after her. They are always cheerful and spend time chatting to her in her room.
