She also holds a degree in Sociology and Psychology, which enriches her understanding of residents’ needs and supports her holistic approach to care. Jen is passionate about ensuring every individual receives safe, compassionate, and tailored support.
Claire leads our vibrant activities programme, ensuring the wellbeing of both residents and staff. With a strong background in Homecare, she brings a wealth of experience in person-centred support. Yuvaraj plays a vital role in ensuring safe moving and handling practices across the care team. As Moving & Handling Champion, he provides expertise in the correct use of equipment, ergonomic techniques, and mobility support strategies. Yuvaraj trains staff to protect both residents and carers from injury, while promoting dignity, comfort, and independence. His role also involves assessing residents’ mobility needs and supporting care plans that maximise safety and wellbeing. By leading on best practice, Yuvaraj helps maintain high standards of care while fostering a safe working environment for staff.
