Overall Experience
After looking at several options for end of life care in the area we found Church View Care Home to be the most suitable for our needs. My father in law was transferred here from St Peters Hospital to the dementia unit.
His room was well positioned, airy and clean with his own en suite. The staff were all friendly, compassionate and caring, all of his needs were met.
We were, as a family continually updated on his situation and any questions or queries we had were addressed immediately.
The food was great, a good choice, fresh and appetizing and if help was required with feeding this was never a problem.

Church View was spotlessly clean and I would 100% recommend this care home .

Overall Experience

My partner's mother was admitted to Church View the Christmas before last with weeks to live. Eighteen months later, thanks to the care she has received, she is still with us. She has well-advanced dementia, which does not make her the easiest patient, but throughout, the staff have shown patience, good humour and professionalism. It is a testament to their care that, although she is confined to bed and has skin like paper, she has not yet developed a bed sore. The home is clean, bright and pleasant and every effort seems to be made to provide a happy atmosphere.

Overall Experience
My wife entered Church View in April 2015, requiring nursing care for Parkinson/dementia, requiring full-time nursing care and assistance. This has been consistently provided in a caring atmosphere that has allowed my wife to allay her fears of personal interference to a very large extent. The accommodation provided is excellent.

The staff at all levels have been very supportive to both my wife and our family and friends. I have no hesitation in recommending Church View as an appropriate home for those requiring full nursing facilities.
