I go nearly everyday and the home is always clean and bright. The staff, from the cleaners, the groundsmen, handyman to office staff and carers always have a welcoming smile and a hello, you are always made to feel welcome.

I know my husband is well looked after and safe. The carers are extremely patient and caring, always polite and helpful, responding cheerfully regardless of the task. The meals always look good and smell great and the cakes and buns are the best.

I cannot speak highly enough of Vida Hall. My wife was a resident for over 4 years, during which time she was visted daily by a member of our family. This gave us regular insight into the home and we were consistently impressed by the high standard of care provided.
All members of staff were friendly, approachable and professional. They treated my wife with dignity, care and respect at all times and it was clear that her wellbeing was their priority.
Vida Hall had a warm, welcoming atmosphere and I always felt reassured that my wife was safe, comfortable and well looked after. The level of care and dedication shown by the entire team gave me great peace of mind.

I am extremely grateful to everyone at Vida Hall and would have no hesitation in recommending the home to others seeking high quality dementia care.

My husband has been living in Vida Hall for nearly a year. He received a lovely warm reception on admission and I was treated exactly the same. Throughout his time here my husband has been treated with the highest respect and courtesy and the caring staff seem to be genuinely fond of him. He is always allowed his rights to choice, dignity and privacy and is encouraged to have social connection with other patients as well as staff on a daily basis which helps to stimulate him and avoid isolation. The level of care is extremely high and is done with tenderness and understanding. As a regular visitor, I am always welcomed by a friendly staff member and offered a drink which is so very welcome after a long journey and they always make time to have a few words with me which I appreciate during this difficult time. Despite the distance from home I would not wish for my husband to be anywhere else, Vida Hall is outstandingly good.

Overall Experience
My lovely wife of almost sixty years was diagnosed with Alzheimer's dementia in September 2020. I nursed her through covid19. She went into the care home system in October 2021. It was a difficult time for both of us.
In January 2024, I set myself a goal to get my wife a placement in a Vida Care Home. This was achieved on 19th February 2025. Such a relief!
She is now in a safe place receiving excellent loving care at Vida Hall. Carers, nurses and the managers really do care. The plaudits go on; domestic cleaning, catering/kitchen staff and excellent food. Front of house reception, admin, maintenance and of course gardens.
Everyone I meet on a daily basis lives and breathes the Vida Ethos. The staffing ratio to residents ensures a relaxed and happy environment.
Visiting my wife every day at Vida Hall is an absolute joy, smiles abound!
Vida healthcare is a remarkable success story my wife and I enjoy all the best bits daily.
Full credit must go to the Board of directors and investors, Vida is a great success story, long may it prosper.
Vida will have a place in our hearts forever.

Thanks, with love T&C.

Dad was moved to Vida Hall just over 2 months ago - and the difference in him is a joy to see. The staff are fantastic with him and us and we feel he's now in very safe hands in a home from home.
Communication is good and the ratio of carers to residents is great. There seems to be lots of activities for those that want them and the staff go above and beyond on special days such as Valentine's Day!

The catering looks good and most of all the residents appear to be treated with respect.

It was a huge relief to find there is a Dementia care home that could respond to the individual needs of my father. He was treated as an individual with particular needs; at times he was difficult to manage but the staff all did their best to care and provide him with the dignity he deserved in the final few months of the very long life he had. Thank you.

This care home is exceptional. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff and they all became like a 'second family' to us. There are too many to mention here, but it is really everyone who works there, including the kitchen staff, the cleaners, the maintenance staff, the receptionists, the carers and the Management and anyone else we have missed. Thank you all for your continuing patience, skills, attention to detail and care and we would strongly recommend this care home to anyone who has family/friends with dementia at any level. We are sure you won't be disappointed. Thank you.

My Auntie received respite care at Vida Hall and was looked after amazingly, staff were always available to support her and were so genuinely friendly. The quality of care was leaps above anywhere else I have encountered and the cleanliness was outstanding. I can't fault the care at all and was all in all a 5-star experience. I never once left her concerned for her safety or well-being. The cost is above average but it shows in the staffing levels, staff quality, cleanliness, decor, I could go on. Worth every penny for a loved one.

From entering the building I was impressed. The receptionist was so professional and very friendly. We came into contact with a number of staff and each one spoke and smiled at us. The home was very clean and very well presented. I noticed how secure it all was, which was a comfort. Her room was charming, it was so inviting, warm, clean and very comfortable. All the staff we saw were very caring and kind. My relative could not praise the home or staff enough, she loved it there. I will give Vida Hall top marks (perfect).

Moving a loved one into a care home is the hardest decision to ever make. Our overall experience of Vida Hall has been outstanding from when my mum moved in first moved in, the whole staff team are available, open, friendly, and supportive of both my mum's needs and ours as a family. The home is spotlessly clean and her room is homely, they encouraged us to bring items in from home. Offering advice on the best tags to get for clothing etc, all things you don’t actually think about. We are kept up to date by the app which is of great comfort. Whenever we ring to ask a question, it is always thoroughly explained to us. My mum is always treated with respect and dignity.
