Thank you for the care that you gave to not only Mum but to our family too. The care and compassion that we all received were truly of gold standard. The advice and assistance that you gave to me personally when it became obvious that Mum could no longer be safe to stay in her own home, was reassuring and the perfect advice of what was best for Mum.
Special thanks go to the two ladies who looked after Mum at her own home. Also, the 3 members of staff who looked after Mum in her final days. Mum had a special smile for those that she liked and, I am sure every one of you received at least one of those each during your time together.
You welcomed us into your family and treated us as normal people, not to be held at arm's length, but embraced with love and care.
We could never have found a better more caring place for Mum to spend her final months.
All in all a wonderful home environment.
Thank you for taking the time to review our care home and other Angelcare Services. We are truly humbled by your words. Take care and you're welcome to visit our care home anytime you are passing. Thanks.
This is an extremely well-run and organised business. The staff are very understanding and very helpful. They spend good time with my relative! The premises are very well presented and enjoyable to the visitors.
Thanks for taking the time to review our service. We are happy to hear your positive feedback.
I have been very impressed with the care home, it has excellent care and safety procedures with well-trained staff and well-organised and very professional management staff. The home is indeed a home and has excellent rooms and facilities with entertainment and activities for residents. I would not hesitate to recommend them to any prospective users as I know my mum is happy and safe there.
We are glad you feel your mum is happy and safe in our care.
My mother has advanced Parkinson's and I live abroad, therefore making it very difficult to see her on a regular basis. The whole team at Angelcare have been nothing but amazing, the care they give my mother is second to none. They are gentle and considerate of her needs and also very communicative with me, letting me know the slightest change in her condition.
I am truly grateful for everything they do for her, if I could add a few more stars to the 5 already, then I would.
Thank you Angelcare team!
We are glad the care, support and communication is excellent, something we pride ourselves on.
For my mother's birthday, I mentioned that she loved The King and I and that it was on at the theatre for a week. I felt that it was probably the last time that she may be up for going out to the theatre. But as I don't live in the area and was driving home that evening, and my mother's birthday was that week I thought that it would be difficult to arrange. Anyway, before the end of the day, I was informed that it was arranged for Mum to go with someone the following Saturday.
It is because of these efforts that this place and the team working there are special. They go above and beyond.
We always try to go above and beyond to support our residents and family's wishes.
Thanks again.
The improvement in my friend's outlook and quality of life have improved immensely since being a resident at Angelcare Residential Living, she loves all the activities and the care and attention given by all the staff.
We are happy to hear your friend is happy with the care and support provided here at Angelcare Residential Living
Easy to communicate with and relevant information passed on without 'flim flam'. The staff there have remained fairly consistent over this period of time with a core of experienced staff remaining which is excellent for the continuity needed in this environment as they know my mother and her foibles well. New younger staff generally have remained.
Many activities are organised, integration takes place in all forms, food is well thought out, staff is attentive and friendly. They do an excellent job in what I think of as a difficult environment.
Rehabilitation and anything else that is required takes place within house.
All good.
I will pass on your kind words to the team.
Mum has the flexibility to wander downstairs or stay in her room. Mum has been able to take her own pictures etc. which makes it more home from home. Fresh fruit is available in her room together with the odd bar of chocolate, her favourite treat. I can't praise Angelcare highly enough.
Thank you for taking the time to review our service, any comments and feedback are always welcome here at our care home. We are so glad you are happy with the care given to your mother. Thanks again.
The home put on a party for his milestone birthday a couple of years back and he is looking forward to the next one in the new year!
Thank you for taking the time to review our care home. We look forward to celebrating another birthday here at Angelcare Residential Living in the new year!
Mum has settled really well. The care that I have seen is outstanding. All the staff are kind and friendly. Nothing is ever too much bother. My mum is treated as an individual and every effort has been made to cater for her specific likes, dislikes, hobbies and interests. Family are welcomed at all times and included in their relative's activities where possible when desired. A proper home from home.
Thank you for taking the time to review our service. We are glad you are happy with the care and support received for Mum. Thanks.
Angelcare residential living is an excellent care home starting from the carers through to the management team, nothing is too much to ask, the service from the pre-admission to my loved one moving in was seamless, the home decor is outstanding, the home is clean and tidy and smells beautiful and the food! So much choice even steaks are on the menu! The activities are always ongoing with bi-weekly singers. I 100% made the right decision and do not regret it! I highly recommend this care home to anyone looking for a lovely caring home for their loved one, these guys take extra special care and go above and beyond. Thank you Angelcare Team.

Excellent care service for my late partner. Cannot fault the staff or the home. I will certainly be using this service for myself when the time comes. Good value for money and my partner had a wonderful last few months of his life.

My grandad has been at Angel Care since November last year and settled in so well, after not wanting to go into a home he now couldn’t be happier, the staff go above and beyond for him and I feel at ease knowing he’s well looked after. Would definitely recommend it to anyone! Thank you so much.
Thank you for taking the time to review our care home. We are glad you were happy with the care received.
My grandmother has been living at Angelcare Residential for over fifteen months now and we have not looked back. The care home staff are very caring and helpful. The management team are always there to help.
Hi, thanks for taking the time to review our service. We are glad you are happy with the care and service received here at Angelcare Residential Living. Thanks again.
Staff are kind and caring. They go out of their way when it is a resident's birthday. Birthday balloons, presents, and birthday tea. I love the fact that wine is served with meals. What a treat making the home appear more like a hotel. Fabulous entertainment programme too. Nothing appears too much trouble. My mother is very happy, so I am too.
Thank you for taking the time to review our service. We are pleased you are happy with the care provided here at Angelcare Residential Living.
We had cause to use Angelcare Residential Living in Halifax for a family member during December and Christmas of 2021. The family member is age 70 plus and suffers with Parkinson's and requires constant support. Her Husband and carer was having surgery hence the need to seek residential care for the family member. We looked at a couple of other facilities which were nice but just didn't have 'it.' Not really sure what 'it' was! Within five minutes of walking through the door at Angelcare and only getting as far as the grand entrance, we knew that this is where our family member would be staying. The Director gave a warm welcome taking time to explain what they had to offer residents. He showed us around the facilities which we were most impressed with. We were not disappointed. The staff were amazing throughout the stay. Nothing was any trouble. The standard of care was first class. I want to say more but there isn't room to on here.
Thanks for taking the time to review our service. We are pleased we could help when you needed to find care, and that the service you received was excellent. Thanks again.
My grandad has been visiting this care home for a number of months for respite as and when needed by our family, to give us a break from full-time caring. Angelcare Residential Living have been nothing short of Angels. The carers are caring and compassionate, the building is immaculate inside and out, and the management team are approachable. If you are looking for a care home for your loved one, you are looking at the correct place. Thank you Angels.
Thanks for taking the time to review our service and we are glad you were happy with the service received. Thanks.
My family member came here on respite for a week and what can I say but wow! The wrap around service Angelcare offered was just outstanding from the Pre-assessment through to the admission, my loved ones choices and wishes were met with dignity at all times. This care home has recently opened and I for one am glad it has! Remarkable service with remarkable members of staff. Thank you.
Hi, thank you for taking the time to review our service. We are so happy with the service you have received. Thanks again.
My husband spent six weeks at Angelcare Residential Living after being discharged from hospital having suffered a major stroke. The care he received during his stay was excellent and the staff were exceptionally kind and considerate. The management team were very accommodating and willing to go the extra mile whenever possible. The home is spotlessly clean and well presented and offers a variety of activities. I would have no hesitation in recommending Angelcare Residential Living to anyone needing compassionate care for a family member or friend.
Thank you for taking the time to review our service, we are so pleased you and your husband were happy with the care and support received. Thank you again.
I cannot rate this residential care home highly enough. Staff have worked very hard to support and settle my mum in and to ensure that she has access to wrap-around care. It is a huge relief to know that she is safe and cared for with dignity and respect.
Hi, thank you for taking the time to review our service. We are glad you are happy with the care received.
