Thank you for your concerns regarding the main meal not being of a standard that you would hope to expect for your father. We take all comments and concerns both positive and negative raised by families and residents seriously. I am sorry on this occasion you feel we have not met your expectations, and therefore we have raised your concerns under our complaints policy and will be in touch in due course to discuss this further with you.
