Jithin qualified as a nurse in India in 2011 and brings over 14 years of experience in the healthcare sector, with a strong background in both emergency and psychiatric care. A passionate and dedicated professional, he began his UK career at Ashton House in 2020, where he played a vital frontline role during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Following his significant contributions, Jithin joined Ashton Meadows at its inception as Deputy Manager. He combines clinical expertise with a clear commitment to excellence, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care for every resident.

Jithin has great confidence in his team and is a firm advocate of a supportive, collaborative culture, recognising that strong teamwork is at the heart of outstanding care.

Peter Shevlin has been in the care industry for over 14 years, having previously worked in corporate telecoms and touring theatre. Born and bred in Wimbledon, he has local knowledge and most enjoys getting to know residents and their families.

Janet qualified as a nurse in Ghana in 2017 and began her career in the UK in 2022 at Ashton House, also gaining valuable experience at its sister home, Avalon. In 2024, she joined Ashton Meadows, where she has continued to grow professionally.

Demonstrating strong commitment and capability, Janet has progressed rapidly from Registered Nurse to Clinical Lead. In her current role at Ashton Meadows, she provides confident leadership to the nursing team, ensuring high standards of care are consistently maintained.

Passionate and hardworking, Janet is dedicated to delivering compassionate, person-centred care and plays a key role in supporting both residents and colleagues.

Janice is a dedicated and hardworking Senior Nurse at Ashton Meadows and has been an integral part of the team since its opening. She plays a key role in motivating and guiding fellow nurses, fostering a supportive and positive working environment.

Known for her bubbly and approachable personality, Janice builds strong, trusting relationships with residents and their families. Her compassionate approach and team spirit contribute greatly to the welcoming atmosphere within the home.

Madhavee is our Senior Nurse who began her career at Ashton Leigh (our sister home) and joined Ashton Meadows in 2024. She is a hardworking, passionate, and caring professional with strong technical skills and extensive nursing knowledge.

Diana is our Senior Night Nurse with 20 years of experience in the healthcare sector, qualified in Ghana. She leads our night nursing team with dedication and is a bold, caring, and enthusiastic professional.

Ravi is our Physiotherapist, a dedicated and enthusiastic professional committed to enhancing the well-being of our residents. Her passion for care and support has brought smiles and hope to many residents in our home.

Silvia is our Kitchen Manager with years of experience in care homes. She joined Ashton Meadows in 2025. A dedicated chef, she leads the kitchen team with passion, and her culinary excellence is always appreciated by our residents and their families.

Nicco is our young, charming Chef with strong culinary skills and a true passion for cooking. He guides the kitchen team and ensures that the dietary requirements of our residents at Ashton Meadows are met with care and attention.

Storm is our Activity Coordinator, a passionate and charming team player. She organises and delivers activities within the home, all thoughtfully tailored to meet the individual needs of our residents.

Anna is the Head Housekeeper at Ashton Meadows, bringing over 15 years of experience across various departments within care home settings. Her extensive knowledge and attention to detail ensure the highest standards are consistently maintained.

She leads the housekeeping team with dedication and pride, ensuring the home remains immaculate at all times, with a fresh and welcoming atmosphere. Anna’s commitment to cleanliness and comfort plays a vital role in creating a safe and pleasant environment for residents and staff alike.

Vince is our maintenance manager who brings strong technical skills to the role. His hands-on approach and charming personality make him a valuable addition to the team.
