Thank you so much Bradshaw Lodge.
Thank you for your wonderful comments. We are glad that you are happy with all we do to keep your Aunt's days fulfilling. We hope to see you soon.
My mother has been a resident of Bradshaw Lodge for eight months, she was the first admission. In that time she has settled extremely well which is very pleasing as, at the age of 99, she is still a very independent person. The moment you step into Bradshaw Lodge you are aware of the high standard of care and considerations afforded to the residents by the staff. The accommodation, food and activities are second to none. We would have no hesitation in recommending Bradshaw Lodge to anyone considering care for their loved ones.
Thank you for your review we are so glad that your mum has settled in so well at Bradshaw Lodge Care home and for recommending our care home for prospective residents.
I will certainly reccomend to anyone.

My experience of Bradshaw Lodge is limited as I have only visited once, but the overall impression was one of warmth from the staff, including the receptionist and kitchen staff. The decor was attractive, using warm colour very carefully and with taste. My friend seems to have settled in very happily, joining in with the activities provided. I thought that the ensuite facility in her room was rather large in what was a comparatively small room.
Thank you for your feedback, we hope to see you soon
I have visited a few times and every time the staff have been friendly and polite. I am offered tea on arrival. I stayed for lunch and although I am a fussy eater I was well looked after. The building is very clean and spacious.
Thank you for your feedback we appreciate all your comments and hope to see you soon.
One of the most impressive aspects of Bradshaw is the extensive range of activities available. There is always something engaging happening, whether it's social, creative , or physical activities. These aren't just added extras-they are clearly an integral part of daily life.
The care and respect shown to residents is wonderful. Every individual is treated with genuine dignity, kindness, and patience. The staff go above and beyond to ensure that each resident feels genuinely cared for and supported.
Having visited and experienced many care facilities, I can honestly say that Bradshaw is exceptional.

Bradshaw Lodge took care of every need for my mother during her respite stay. The staff were very attentive & caring & I cannot praise them enough. This is not just a nursing home, its a community, ensuring not only was my mother well looked after, but also all who visited her. Anyone who becomes a resident here is extremely lucky. Quite simply the best care home I have ever seen.
Thank you so much for your feedback it was a pleasure looking after your mum, we hope to see her again soon
We have been very happy with the care that our mum has received since she moved into Bradshaw Lodge. She is content and settled with the activities provided. Our dad has been made to feel welcome when he visits. Thank you to all the staff team.

Everything so clean.
I feel happy to leave my partner here knowing he is in safe hands.
Thank you so much for your review, we truly appreciate your feedback and are so happy that your partner enjoys his time here
As soon as my mum moved in the staff made her feel welcome and comfortable. There is always something happening there and mum enjoys joining in with the activities. Staff are always on hard to help her get around, as her mobility is limited. Meal times are fun and very sociable, as well as excelent food. Visitors and family are always welcome and looked after with drinks etc. She has settled in well and the friendly and professional staff have helped with this.
Thanks for your lovely comments, we are delighted that your mum has settled in so well and you are always welcome
Such a warm, caring care home, from the moment you arrive you are greeting with a friendly face and offered tea and cake. All the staff are so lovely and interact with the residents amazingly. It was nice to take part in party games, quizzes and a sing a long. Tea and food was offered frequently, home made cake was delicious. So nice to see family friend who has dementia so happy and settled.

My wife and I had the pleasure of visiting a close friend who has recently moved into Bradshaw Lodge. In past years, we have had considerable experience with care homes due to our elderly parents. We can honestly say, without doubt, that Bradshaw Lodge is the best establishment that we have ever visited. Clearly, the aim is to build a warm community and close interaction between residents and staff, and the result is a relaxed, happy environment with absolutely superb facilities.

Bradshaw Lodge is a brand new care home which is like a 5 star hotel. The staff are all lovely and you are always offered cake and coffee when you arrive. My Nan was one of the first residents to move into the home, she has settled in very well and is enjoying being there. We have visited often and have also stayed for lunch which was lovely. It is a relief to know my Nan is receiving great care. Thank you to all at Bradshaw Lodge.

As soon as you walk into Bradshaw Lodge you are greeted with a friendly staff member. You look around to see clean, tidy, everything in its place. My mother-in-law Vera loves the place, her room no 17 is lovely & food is fantastic. Plenty to get involved in. The management & staff are very friendly.

From the moment we walked in we were treated with utmost friendliness and professionalism. This was our first visit to my mother in Bradshaw Lodge as she recovered from her hip replacement. Overall a lovely place.

I am a compassionate and dedicated professional with experience in community care, administrative support, and team leadership. I live locally and am passionate about supporting families as they make important decisions about their loved ones moving into a home. With a background in elderly support, bereavement services, and coordinating placements, I bring empathy, clear communication, and strong organisational skills to this role.
I thrive in one-to-one interactions and enjoy building trust with the people I support, ensuring they feel listened to and cared for.
Outside of work, I enjoy Pilates, going to the gym, and walking my dog — activities that keep me balanced, motivated, and full of energy to bring into my professional life.

I qualified as a Chef in 2002 at Richmond College in Southwest London and went on to work in private clubs and restaurants for a decade before establishing my own business.
My journey into the Healthcare catering industry began alongside my studies in Healthy Eating at Nescot College, where I developed a keen interest in creating balanced and enjoyable meals for all.
My dedication to my craft has been widely recognised, winning "Chef of the Year" in 2022 and the Great British Care Award "Chef/Cook of the Year" London Region Award in 2021. I believe that understanding residents' preferences is key to creating truly enjoyable meals, often taking the time to sit down with them over a cup of tea to learn about their favourite dishes and any special foods they might be missing.
I embrace coastal living and love incorporating fresh, seasonal ingredients into my menus.
