Not only was my husband immediately welcomed and given a tour but I was also supported. It was a difficult decision for him to leave home and go into full time care. Unfortunately I could not cope with all his different needs but they are more than adequately cater for at Bramshott Grange
Not only
do they support his health needs but also offer a wide range of activities to keep him occupied and entertained.

Visiting friends and relatives are also made most welcome and there are plenty of private areas for our visits.
I visited twelve other homes and none compare so completely with Bramshott Grange and I know my husband is safe and cherished when I am not thete

My relative recently stayed at Bramshott Grange for a respite period, and the care he received was exceptional. Everything was arranged quickly, and the team handled the admission with such reassurance and professionalism that his first stay felt far less daunting. Staff took time to understand his
needs and helped him settle comfortably. The support offered to me and my family also stood out. The team recognised that respite care involves the whole family and guided us through the process with kindness and clarity. They also went above and beyond in helping us find a permanent placement closer to home, liaising with the new setting and supporting the handover. This level of commitment extended beyond the respite stay.Overall, Bramshott Grange provided a warm, safe, well-run environment. The professionalism and thoughtful support offered to both my relative and our family made the experience reassuring and positive.
Reply from Louise Trant, Family Liaison Manger at Bramshott Grange Care HomeThank you for taking the time to share your experience. Your kind words will be passed onto the team who will encouraged to know their compassion, professionalism and commitment made such a positive difference. Your father made his way into all our hearts in the short time he stayed with us and we are glad he has settled so well into his new home.

The care my mother received in Bramshott Grange was first class. Mum's only complaint was that the food was "a bit tough", but apart from that we couldn't fault it. The carers, support staff and management were empathetic, caring, personal and generally fantastic. Many many thanks to all involved.
Reply from Louise Trant, Family Liaison Manger at Bramshott Grange Care HomeHi Lu Thank you for your kind review. I am pleased you were so impressed with the care your mother received and I have passed on your extremely kind words to our team. I am sorry that your Mum found the meat tough on a few occasions during her stay. I have emailed you separately about this and forwarded on these comments to our Executive Chef so we can improve our service.

Excellent care home with great staff. My mother moved in in December 2025 and we have seen a massive improvement in the first few months. The residents all seem happy and day trips are organised to get them out and about.
Reply from Louise Trant, Family Liaison Manger at Bramshott Grange Care HomeThank you for your kind review. We are delighted that your mother has settled in so well and you have seen such a positive improvement in her wellbeing. Our activities coordinators take a lot of care with the entertainment and exercise programme each week, so it is nice to hear it is appreciated. I certainly enjoyed taking your mother out to the cinema recently. I will pass your comments onto the team.

I have nothing but good things to say.
The staff are fantastic
The food menu always looks great.
The variety of daily activities is great.
Mum gets involved in all of the activities and seems to enjoy them
Mum's room is very homely
The Care Home is always spotless and has a lovely welcoming feeling
I
get regular updates about her welbeing which is reassuring as I live 50 miles away
The social media page is such a good idea as I can get to see regular photo's of mum to see what she has been up to.
Making the decision to move mum to Bramshott Grange was not an easy one. Now that we have done it I think it's the best possible decision we could have made. When she was living alone in her house she was becoming very isolated and lonely. Now she lives in a very frienly environment and she is surrounded by people all of the time. Credit needs to go to the staff who will go the extra mile to make sure mum is happy.

Our mother moved into Bramshott Grange in January 2026 so has now been a resident for almost 5 months.
The pre-admission stage was exemplary & included many visits & a home visit. Communication & care were faultless from both the Family Liaison Officer (Louise) & the Manager (Pam). They could not
have done more to facilitate mums transition.
Considering huge changes in her life, mum is adjusting well to her new surroundings. The food is exceptionally good & the range of activities offered are excellent. Every single member of staff we have encountered has been professional & caring - nothing is ever too much trouble.
Having visited 5 homes locally, Bramshott Grange stood out as the best by far & we stand by our decision & would not hesitate to recommend it to others.

My Mother has had several visits for respite since September 2025 and she has now become a permanent resident at Bramshott Grange. From the first visit and being shown around all staff we met were professional, knowledgeable and caring. This is a luxury care home and every want is catered for in spotless
surroundings. My 97 year old Mother is very happy living here and because she is a sociable person she has made nice friends and enjoys all the activities available. Mum enjoys the food here and drinks/cake and fruit are always on offer. Mum finds the staff very kind and agreeable to her. The garden is perfectly laid out for Mum walking with her walking aid and plenty of seating and table on the patio. For myself, and my wife, the Home Director and Family Liaison Officer have been incredibly helpful and patient throughout the whole process of transferring Mum - from her home of over sixty years - to her now new home at Bramshott Grange.

Bramshott Grange was the perfect care home for our Mum. The staff were so kind and caring and were able to manage as Mum's dementia needs became more demanding. She loved being out in the garden, especially in her first two years at Bramshott Grange.

We can only endorse all the positive comments left

by other relatives recently. It was also such a pleasure to visit Mum and take part in some of the activities with her.

Thank you to everyone at Bramshott Grange from all of Mum's family.

Bramshott Grange has and is continuing to providing excellent care for my Dad, who suffered a debilitating frontal lobe stroke 2 years ago that left him without the ability to care for himself or communicate his needs. He is always clean, comfy and well cared for at Bramshott. The staff are friendly,
caring and engaging. They work hard to provide a stimulating environment and arrange numerous events and activities to engage the residents. Dad particularly responds to musical activities of which there are plenty. They are welcoming and friendly to family members and always offer a cup or tea. They made a lovely cake for my Dad's birthday, which was much appreciated. The food is good and the home works with residents and family's request regarding dietary issues/needs. The home is bright and light and the gardens (complete with Tortoise) are very nice. Any queries are dealt with in a timely fashion and I thank all the staff for being friendly, compassionate and professional.

My Dad spent the last four months of his life being cared for at Bramshott Grange. Everyone from the reception team, cleaners, cooks up to carers, nurses and management were fantastic. Dad was really unwell but he had great relationships with the staff and they were so caring. Most impressive was how
they managed his palliative care. The communication with the family was great and they really understood how to help him in his last days to be comfortable so that we could spend quality time with him until the very end.
Thank you so much.

Our experience of Bramshott Grange has been extremely positive from start to finish. We found all the staff, in whatever position, to be extremely friendly, helpful and positive, nothing ever seemed too much trouble for our 93 year old mother. Unfortunately, mum had a mild stroke a few days before her
admission date and so finally arrived a few days late and spent her first few weeks recuperating. She commented on how caring and gentle the staff were with her. She enjoyed her room, watching the birds outside and enjoyed sitting at the end of the corridor just outside her room in the sunshine looking out over the gardens. She was able to start getting involved with the activities, which she enjoyed, but unfortunately her health took turn for the worse. The nursing staff were then extremely helpful when she needed an extra hospital stay and when she returned needing palliative care. Mum was only at Bramshott for 10 weeks, but couldn't have been better looked after anywhere else.

Our 95 year old mum was here for eight months after having lived in the nearby Bramshott retirement village for over ten years. She was always very positive about her experience at Bramshott Grange and often said how lucky she was to be there. She really liked her room and loved being able to sit in
the armchairs at the end of the corridor to observe all the comings and goings of residents, visitors and staff. She was particularly appreciative of the care and attention provided by the staff working at the home, who combined great professionalism with a friendly and genuinely caring approach to their work. Mum was lucky, in that she still had visitors from friends at Bramshott Village, and the transition from the retirement village to the care home worked really well for her. She also really enjoyed the option of taking part in various activities, such as exercise classes, which combined with daily trips down the corridor, kept her moving. You'll be hard pushed to find somewhere better !

In many ways, Bramshott Grange is like a 4-star hotel. It is fairly new and purpose-built accommodation, with great facilities for those that can use them. The food was good and the chef was even willing to provide special meals tailored to the wishes of individuals.
My Mother could be quite difficult
at times and most of the staff were excellent in the compassionate and patient way they dealt with her. We, as family, were especially grateful for the outstanding support and communication provided by the Client Liaison Manager.
Overall, whilst pretty expensive, we were very grateful that my Mother spent her last 18 months in such a great place.

Mum lived at Bramshott Grange for three and a half years. I could not have wished for a better place for her to spend the last few years of her life. The building, facilities and grounds are lovely and of a very high standard, but more importantly, the quality of care is exceptional. From the management
and administration team to the nurses and carers, the entire team of staff is dedicated to ensuring the best possible care and experience for the residents. The atmosphere is warm, friendly and respectful and the nursing care of a high standard. Mum sadly passed away few weeks ago as a result of a stroke, but thankfully was able to spend her last few days in her own bed. The love and compassion that was shown during this time to both Mum, and to my brother and myself, was exceptional.

Thank you to everyone at Bramshott Grange for looking after my mother. After arriving, she quickly settled in and considered it to be her home and often said we had made the right choice.
The team always made her feel comfortable and looked after her. They put up with her many foibles: from re-arranging
and furnishing her room to her dietary requirements. She did however complain that sometimes her special chicken broth was not as good as it should be: it was her own recipe and nobody else really succeeded either.
As that is all we can find fault with: congratulations to all and thank you for giving her as much enjoyment in the last year of her life as you did. On several occasions, we felt that the team went way beyond what would be reasonably be expected of them.
As a family, we now have experience of four care homes in recent years: Bramshott Grange is easily the best of those four.
Reply from Maggie Griffith, Group Liaison Manager at Bramshott Grange Care HomeMany thanks for your review and kind words. We welcomed her guidance regarding room decor, she had previously worked in interior design, so her room looked splendid! My mum and dad have been residents at Bramshott Grange for over two years now. The initial communication and interactions with the home were professional and caring and this approach continues throughout their time there. Whilst Mum and Dad have very different challenges, Bramshott Grange staff sensitively
and proactively address these, so that they can remain together.
The care they receive by the dedicated and compassionate staff has meant that they have thrived at Bramshott Grange. They thoroughly enjoy the food, beautiful garden, stimulating activities and general day to day interactions within the Bramshott Grange community. It really feels like their home now and we feel blessed that they are there. As a family, we are reassured that they are in this special place, which allows them to enjoy their time together and with their family when we visit.

Thank you to absolutely everyone involved with Bramshott Grange for the amazing environment you have created. Everywhere is so clean and airy. My mother’s room is always impeccable. The corridors are wide, flat, straight and easy to navigate so my mother is walking much better than she was in the months
before she arrived, and the carers have encouraged that. There is such a warm, friendly atmosphere with staff visibly present, kind and accessible. My mother can’t see well so some of the lovely activities are too difficult for her but she likes to sit with other residents in the communal areas every day, do the exercises when she has the energy, have her hair done, walk around the beautiful gardens, enjoy the visitors, dogs and people. My mother has also had excellent care from the nurses and carers when she has been ill and everyone is so good at keeping in touch, not least Bramshott’s wonderful family liaison coordinator.

  2. 5 Points are available for the number of Positive Reviews in the last 24 months. A Positive Review is defined as any Review with an 'Overall Experience' of '4' or '5' (out of a max rating '5'). The 4.9 Points relating to the number of positive Reviews for Bramshott Grange Care Home is based on 16 positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as per below:

The 5 points available are broken down as follows:

    1. 4 points are available for the first 20 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months; 3 points for the first Positive Review, 0.125 Points for each of the next four Positive Reviews, 0.05 Points for the next five Positive Reviews, and finally 0.025 Points for the next ten Positive Reviews. (1st = 3.000, 2nd = 0.125, 3rd = 0.125, 4th = 0.125, 5th = 0.125, 6th = 0.050, 7th = 0.050, 8th = 0.050, 9th = 0.050, 10th = 0.050, 11th = 0.025, 12th = 0.025, 13th = 0.025, 14th = 0.025, 15th = 0.025, 16th = 0.025, 17th = 0.025, 18th = 0.025, 19th = 0.025, 20th = 0.025) 3 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 = 3.9
    2. 1 point is available for the number of Positive Reviews reaching 20% of the registered maximum number of service users in the last 24 months. If this number is partially reached, then that proportion of 1 point is given. eg a Care Home registered for a maximum of 50 service users has to reach 10 Positive Reviews to receive 1 point, if it has 7 reviews it will receive 0.7 points. 20% of the 67 registered maximum number of service users is 13.4, which has been reached with 16 Positive reviews. Points = 1
  3. When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.
  4. If a Care Home does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.
