Opening in March 2018, Bramshott Grange is a luxury Care Home with Nursing set in the historic village of Bramshott Place near Liphook.

Combining first class living with the highest standards of care, Bramshott Grange offers homely comforts in a beautiful setting. Residents are able to live as independently as possible with the reassurance that 24-hour care provision is close at hand when needed, including dementia and nursing care.

The all-inclusive service covers everything from the free bar, chauffeured car and private dining to the use of the specialist gym and personal trainer, beauty salon, cinema and wifi.

All rooms at Bramshott Grange have been interior designed and bedrooms on ground floor have direct access to the gardens and patio. The environment encourages sociability with a number of lounges and a bar and bistro/cafe offering refreshments to residents, families & friends.

A dedicated Life Enrichment Coordinator is skilled in designing social and wellbeing programs that are person-centred, working closely with residents and their families, enabling the staff to deliver an all-inclusive enriching lifestyle experience.

The home has an experienced head chef and varied menus cater for all tastes and are associated with the charity Vegetarian for Life,

The home will be visited on a weekly basis by a local GP and supported by the community nursing team.

If travelling from the A3 (in either direction) then turn off at the junction sign posted to Liphook. If travelling from the Portsmouth end of the A3 then cross over the dual carriageway.
Next turn almost immediately left into Hewshott Lane. Bramshott Village is the next Right turning. Bramshott Grange is in Bramshott Village (it is sign posted from the entrance to the village).


Visitors welcome to drop in any time.
The home opens in March 2018 but there is already a marketing suite on site which is manned 9-5 during the week.

I have worked in the both health and social care sector for over 36 years. My experience includes managing nursing homes at a local and regional and directorship level, supporting the commissioning process of many new care homes.

I have 3 years experience working in a large corporate care company as a Operations Director, supporting existing care homes to meet and exceed regulatory compliance, as well as commissioning new homes and closing existing homes when required.

I have 6 years’ experience leading large teams within nursing homes and I poses sound operational and business skills.

I have a track record for turning services from non-profit, non-compliant to profitability and compliancy through revenue generation, budget control and direct support/guidance to the homes

I have the ability to develop and design working systems within different company cultures and settings.

The ability to analyse services and develop SIP’s and support the delivery of these through staff teams and leadership.

I am an effective leader, driven to motivate and develop teams to perform to their highest potential and in turn retaining staff and improving quality of care delivery.

I have the ability to problem solve and make decisions in many settings.

I have excellent communication skills and a high level of emotional intelligence.

Steve Smith

Job Title: Deputy Home Director

Steve has worked in Healthcare for over 20 years and qualified as a Registered Nurse in 1997. He has a proven track record of leading clinical teams and managing multiple Hospital and Community Services. Due to his drive and passion to deliver acute care, Steve began his career working as a Critical Care Nurse. He continued to develop his skills working within NHS Intensive Care Services, and after an invaluable period of time working within the Medical Industry, Steve returned to the NHS at a senior level, driving the developments of the Respiratory High Dependency Team. Such an opportunity allowed him to develop excellent leadership and management skills. It also provided a unique opportunity to design, develop and operationalise a large High Dependency Unit. Recognition for such work motivated Steve to further manage and lead multiple Hospital Services. Steve has also gained valuable experience at a senior level leading multiple NHS Community Services and also working within the Private Care sector. Steve is highly professional with a great sense of humour. He is extremely motivated to provide the best care, and committed to ensuring that the team are energised and delivering ‘our’ shared vision of quality.


Sara Reffell

Job Title: Home Administrator

Sara has worked in varying roles over the past 37 years, including Secretarial, PA and a Human Resources role.

In the past 6 years, she has worked in a Nursing Home, starting as an Administrator but more recently as a Deputy Manager/Acting Manager.

Sara is passionate about keeping a good quality of life for people when transition to a Care Home is needed.
