Situated on the edge of the Hampshire village of Liphook, Bramshott Grange is a purpose-built care home offering luxury living with quality residential and dementia care. There is also the facility for rehabilitation with Hobbs Rehab Services who are based in the home.

The home offers beautifully fully furnished ensuite rooms, many with patio doors on to landscaped gardens.

The home offers a range of daily activities including trips out and subject to availability personal training sessions in the gym, specially designed to help the older person improve their strength. The home also offers post-operative rehabilitation and short holidays throughout the year.

Bramshott Grange is very proud of the dining experience on offer and using locally sourced produce, the menu is varied and suited to every taste. Families are encouraged to visit and can join for a meal. There is also a private dining facility for those special occasions.

There is a varied activity programme which changes weekly and is designed to promote physical and mental wellbeing. Activities include regular entertainment, visits to local attractions and places of interest, exercise programmes, visits from local schools as part of an intergenerational care approach, crafting, baking and even a fun dog show.

Lovely home, great atmosphere, always enjoy my time visiting Bramshott Grange. The staff are amazing and so are the facilities. The events I have been to so far show that there is a great deal of planning and thought into making the day really enjoyable for all age groups.

I stayed at Bramshott Grange care home for four weeks while builders were building me a wet room at home. I got a lovely warm welcome from the staff. I also included physio in my package. This was very professional and I feel I improved a lot in my self-confidence and strength. The activities were fun
and varied. Thank you all very much.

Lovely friendly staff throughout - happy faces and nothing was too much trouble.
The food was not always good and they ran out of decaffeinated coffee for instance.
I was so pleased to be looked after there and would return if any accident befell me!

My 100-year-old mother spent the last few weeks of her life at Bramshott.
I cannot think of anywhere where she would have had such loving, professional care.

My father, aged 92, came to Bramshott Grange for a shortish stay to receive Neurological Rehabilitation from the Hobbs Staff.
Bramshott Grange staff, facilities and setting are excellent.
The Hobbs Rehabilitation team were superb, treating my father with care, respect and tact. They brought him to
a good point where he was able to leave and return to a care home nearer to where we live. We cannot express how highly we regard them.
We would highly recommend a stay here.

The whole experience started with the assessment which was so comforting, professional and efficient. Admission was efficient and very well organised. Almost every member of management and staff have been superb. When admitted we did not hold high hopes for an improvement in Dad's wellbeing. The transformation
has been remarkable and we took him home yesterday. The car staff have been exceptional, caring, extremely proficient and well organised. One key has been the support to our family - superb! Well done Bramshott Grange - long may you all prosper and help the aged.

My 90-year-old father stayed at Bramshott Grange for 7 weeks in December 2018 and January 2019 after spending 5 months in different hospitals with acute illness and long term health problems.
The care and comfort given to him at Bramshott Grange was exemplary. Every single member of staff was genuinely
caring, helpful and friendly and all the facilities outstanding. I would have no hesitation in dad staying here again, should it be appropriate for his circumstances again.

I was resident for four weeks whilst receiving physiotherapy treatment so, although not a 'typical' client, I experienced the facilities on offer to all the residents in this relatively new home.
The staff were exceptional and, as I viewed them from a different perspective to most, I saw them deal
with some pretty difficult situations without any issue.
The place was spotless and food excellent and the fact that it was effectively an open house (to friends, relatives and dogs!) very much welcomed.
My only criticism would be that on some occasions the staff appeared stretched but generally, I saw that was down to some residents' overuse of their alarm calls!

My father went to Bramshott Grange for respite and rehab, but after 2 weeks decided he liked it so much he would stay as a permanent resident. Great facilities, caring, dedicated and friendly staff made him happy and feel welcome. He could not have had better care. The whole home was bright and airy,
he had a lovely room and really enjoyed the whole feeling of a 'home from home'.

The management and staff were instrumental in getting my father into the care home at short notice, which was a huge relief to us all. They pulled out all the stops! The whole team have been fantastic, accommodating all our requests. They are all very friendly, caring and appreciative of your needs.
I cannot fault them. The home itself is absolutely first class. I would recommend to anyone and excellent value for money.

I was very impressed with the quality of everything. Lovely Cordon Bleu lunch with only attentive staff. Many thoughtful touches and lovely decor and fresh flowers and we had a Wii demonstration for my resident friend.
