Bramshott Grange Care Home

My husband has been very well cared for at Bramshott Grange by all the staff. Myself and all the family would like to thank everyone for their kindness and help to us all and would highly recommend Bramshott Grange to anyone.

The whole experience started with the assessment which was so comforting, professional and efficient. Admission was efficient and very well organised. Almost every member of management and staff have been superb. When admitted we did not hold high hopes for an improvement in Dad's wellbeing. The transformation has been remarkable and we took him home yesterday. The car staff have been exceptional, caring, extremely proficient and well organised. One key has been the support to our family - superb! Well done Bramshott Grange - long may you all prosper and help the aged.

The care and comfort given to him at Bramshott Grange was exemplary. Every single member of staff was genuinely caring, helpful and friendly and all the facilities outstanding. I would have no hesitation in dad staying here again, should it be appropriate for his circumstances again.

I did not like the way I was handled in the middle of the night - it was not sufficiently gentle.

My only criticism would be that on some occasions the staff appeared stretched but generally, I saw that was down to some residents' overuse of their alarm calls!

I found all the staff very kind and helpful.

I was very pleased with the care I received. The staff were all very helpful and willing to be of assistance. I am sure if my need arises I would make the Grange my first choice.

My father went to Bramshott Grange for respite and rehab, but after 2 weeks decided he liked it so much he would stay as a permanent resident. Great facilities, caring, dedicated and friendly staff made him happy and feel welcome. He could not have had better care. The whole home was bright and airy, he had a lovely room and really enjoyed the whole feeling of a 'home from home'.

Had an operation at Guildford and then 3 weeks at this home and was very well looked after.

The management and staff were instrumental in getting my father into the care home at short notice, which was a huge relief to us all. They pulled out all the stops! The whole team have been fantastic, accommodating all our requests. They are all very friendly, caring and appreciative of your needs. I cannot fault them. The home itself is absolutely first class. I would recommend to anyone and excellent value for money.

I was very impressed with the quality of everything. Lovely Cordon Bleu lunch with only attentive staff. Many thoughtful touches and lovely decor and fresh flowers and we had a Wii demonstration for my resident friend.

As my husband has been at Bramshott Grange for one month I would like to put on record how happy I am with the arrangements for his care and think the home excels at making people feel welcome. Food has been delightful and we have enjoyed some activities offered by the caring staff.

Bramshott Grange is a home from home, comprising a lovely cosy atmosphere, generous amenities for both residents and visitors and the utmost caring staff who deliver all elements of care with the most empathy and professionalism. It's helped to make what has been a difficult time for our family, feel reassured and grateful to have quality time together.

Finding Bramshott was such a relief after viewing so many Care Homes that we felt did not reflect or meet the needs of my Mother in Law and her “modern” lifestyle. Management and staff have been very supportive of the transition of moving into a new environment. Thank you for this.

In just a few weeks the change in my Mother in Law is remarkable, she is happy, smiling, engaging in activities and has made friends. Our family is always welcome and we love joining in with the activities and being part of the community.

We could not ask for more.

This is the first week but first impressions are good. Management has all been friendly and welcoming. Hospitality is good, there is always an offer of refreshments. Staff are very caring and keen to get to know the residents.

Mayflower Care Communities have realised that there is a new generation of 'elderly' coming into care and that the surroundings, food, activities and interaction with residents needs a more modern approach. My mum is one of the first three residents at this newly commissioned home and I cannot fault anything. Mum even said the other day, "I never thought I'd say I'm in a 'care home', but I absolutely love it - I'm having a fantastic time!".

The rooms are generous in size with luxurious furnishings, beautiful en-suite facilities, spa bathrooms, cinema room, dedicated activities room, library, bar, several dining options, gardens, quiet sitting areas, gym.

But, most importantly, my mum is well cared for and supported to remain as independent as possible, for as long as possible.

The management team and staff are superb and I cannot recommend Bramshott Grange highly enough.
