Situated on the edge of the Hampshire village of Liphook, Bramshott Grange is a purpose-built care home offering luxury living with quality residential and dementia care. There is also the facility for rehabilitation with Hobbs Rehab Services who are based in the home.

The home offers beautifully fully furnished ensuite rooms, many with patio doors on to landscaped gardens.

The home offers a range of daily activities including trips out and subject to availability personal training sessions in the gym, specially designed to help the older person improve their strength. The home also offers post-operative rehabilitation and short holidays throughout the year.

Bramshott Grange is very proud of the dining experience on offer and using locally sourced produce, the menu is varied and suited to every taste. Families are encouraged to visit and can join for a meal. There is also a private dining facility for those special occasions.

There is a varied activity programme which changes weekly and is designed to promote physical and mental wellbeing. Activities include regular entertainment, visits to local attractions and places of interest, exercise programmes, visits from local schools as part of an intergenerational care approach, crafting, baking and even a fun dog show.

Our mother lived at Bramshott Grange for over four years, as one of the earliest residents of this beautifully modern care home. The room was large enough for her to keep many of her most treasured belongings, making it a real home-from-home. Her room overlooked the beautiful garden, which is exceptionally
sheltered so that, even in winter, she could use her own garden door to get outside and enjoy the warmth of the sunshine. Family and friends were made to feel very welcome at Bramshott. There is a private dining room where she held a birthday lunch on several occasions. Our mother kept up her physical strength in the ‘Gym and Tonic’ exercise room, with professional help, included in the fees. This enabled her to retain much of her independence, despite being in a wheelchair. She became very fond of the staff and we were thankful that she did not have to move somewhere else to have end-of-life care, in which the staff were very experienced - this was so reassuring for us.

Deciding that Mum needed a care home was a really tough decision: but putting her into Bramshott Grange was definitely the right decision. Mum spent her last four years at Bramshott Grange and the staff gave her a happy, social and safe quality of life that she would not otherwise have enjoyed. Bramshott
Grange felt like Mum's home, rather than her being in a care home.
The staff warrant particular thanks for their great kindness and excellent care of Mum. They dealt with her increasing health needs with compassion, friendliness and good humour. The home offered a great range of social, craft and exercise activities. Residents are clearly treated as individuals and with dignity.
Bramshott Grange itself is a modern, purpose-built care home, with flat access, wide corridors and a range of modern facilities. It includes a dining room, bar area, library, gym, cinema salon and walled garden.

Bramshott Grange is a lovely, clean and well-decorated home. The food looked delicious, and the rooms are great with good facilities, but Bramshott Grange is much more than just the building. The staff are awesome, and the feel of Bramshott Grange is warm, caring and positive.
The decision for a relative
to move into care was a hard one, especially as my relative was very independent. However, Bramshott Grange made the transition as easy as possible, and my relative settled in well. Initially, they were able to join in with all the various activities, of which there are many. Bramshott has amazing staff who understood our relative needs and personalities very quickly. As their needs grew, Bramshott quietly and competently dealt with every issue that arose. Nothing is too difficult for the staff, even through a pandemic/lockdown, and they just carry on with their happy, calm approach.
I have been extremely impressed with the care and the end-of-life care our relative received at Bramshott.

Mum moved into Bramshott Grange at the beginning of 2022. It's a lovely environment - a modern purpose-built quality home set in well-maintained gardens.
Across the team - from the handyman to the carers - they are all friendly, professional and welcoming. Great meals, regular entertainment and a good
mix of activities help keep Mum active.
Highlights for me are the sheltered courtyard overlooking the gardens - it's a pleasant, quiet place for a coffee, cake and chat with Mum during the summer. Also, the full afternoon tea and decorations were put on for our family in the private dining room to celebrate Mum's birthday.
Would definitely recommend this residential home.

My 91-year-old mother, who suffers from Alzheimer's, has been a resident of the Bramshott Grange for the past year.
The Bramshott Grange is an excellent care home. Being purpose-built gives it a huge advantage over many homes that have been adapted for care. The home has some really nice lounges,
its own hairdressing salon, spa bathrooms, a cinema, a gym, a choice of restaurants, a bar/cafe, a private dining room for family gatherings and lovely gardens.
The resident rooms are spacious, bright and well-equipped. Most residents bring some of their furniture and pictures and make it their own space.
However, what makes the Bramshott Grange truly exceptional are the staff. Thoughtful, respectful, professional and above all else, very caring.
Our overall experience of the Bramshott Grange has been excellent. So much so that it was the natural choice for another very elderly family member, who became a resident in October this year.

My Father-In-Law has had to move into Bramshot Grange as his health deteriorated. The home is a safe place for him and the care is excellent. My only gripe is that contacting the care home is often damned near impossible. We were unable to visit him on his 95th Birthday due to a positive covid test
in the family so my wife tried on a number of occasions to speak to him on the phone. When the phone was finally answered she was told that they could not get through to the nurses upstairs but they would call back. After three attempts we eventually concluded the day having not been able to speak to him. Today we would like to visit him and we have to call and make an appointment first. Four calls so far and each has rung out. This level of communication is totally unacceptable.

My mother moved to Bramshott Grange in June 2020 after losing her husband to Covid. He had been her carer and she was now unable to live independently. It was a difficult decision for us especially with the challenges of lockdowns and restricted visits. However, Bramshott Grange proved to be the very
best environment. She loved her garden room which was bright and sunny and was always very complimentary about the food. Above all, it was the staff who made her time there such a positive experience. It was only in the last weeks of her life when we were able to visit her daily could we meet and properly get to know the wonderful staff who had been her companions over the months. Their positive, professional attitude was reassuring but it was their genuine interest in her welfare, their nursing care, and the respect they demonstrated which was outstanding. The staff also supported and helped us during those final difficult days for which we are eternally thankful.

Our father lost his wife, then his mobility and subsequently some of his self-respect. At 90 years of age, what he found at Bramshott was a caring community of wonderful and professional caregivers who then became his friends over the 6 months he was there. And this was in the height of Covid. Bramshott
allowed and encouraged his private room to become a home from home, decorated with familiar art and furniture from his house. He felt very secure, safe and cared for there. When he was able to he joined in at the dining hall and mingled, but when he turned 91 and that became too much of a challenge, the staff made him still feel at home by bringing him his food and cups of tea whenever he wanted. It was like a hotel with nurses. The facility is immaculately clean, well maintained and very Covid conscious. We had to be tested each and every time we went to visit. Bramshott made the last six months of my dad's life the very best it could be and for that, we are eternally grateful.

My father moved to Bramshott Grange in July 2021 after a sudden decline in his health. At the age of 92 it was important for us to know that he would be fully supported in the final months of his life, and also for my mum to not only know that he was receiving excellent care, but also be supported herself.
The staff were kind and compassionate, always finding the time to have a chat with dad and I am sure that he lived longer than expected due to the care and stimulation that he received. The staff couldn't have been more thoughtful and respectful, and the whole family were made very welcome when they visited dad. He passed away peacefully in September and we knew that he was happy and comfortable in the final days of his life. I can't thank everyone at Bramshott Grange enough for making this a bearable time for us all. Mum is already making her plans to move in!

My wife suffered a severe stroke back in November 2019 at the tender age of 46. After 4 months recovery in our local hospital it was decided to try and gain private rehab and a care package. Looking at the options Bramshott Grange was the ideal solution albeit some 100 miles away. The care, compassion,
professionalism and love shown to my wife and the family by all the staff from the cleaners, carers, therapists and right to the manager means there is always a special place in our hearts for them all. It was during the pandemic that my wife was there and it was made even harder when the care home had to shut to all visitors. Yet they went out of their way and we were able to continue our communication through FaceTime calls and videos. My wife was there for a lengthy period but thanks to the guys and girls at Bramshott she came home a far stronger person. I can’t say enough about the team and the care given and what they did for my family during what was a terrible time. Thank you.

As a family we are so pleased we chose Bramshott Grange for our father's care and would not hesitate to recommend this wonderful care home.
Staff at all levels are friendly, approachable and genuinely very caring. It was a comfort during lockdown to know that Dad was being well looked after and cared
for by staff we knew we could trust.
The home is in a lovely quiet setting with beautiful gardens. Dad enjoyed having a room with views of the lovely garden, providing plenty of visual interest outside. His doors opened to the garden so that he could sit outside and enjoy the sunshine.
An extensive and very imaginative range of activities are provided for residents covering varying hobbies, interests and abilities. Being able to watch major sporting events in Bramshott Grange cinema was of special interest to Dad, he also enjoyed the films shown. The library provides a perfect setting for tea, cake, reading and jigsaw puzzles.

Initially, our mother's stay at Bramshott Grange was only ever intended to be temporary whilst she underwent rehabilitation with the excellent Hobbs team following a stroke, however, due to the pandemic, together with the implementation of home's well considered safety procedures and excellent care
our mother received, her stay was extended for several months.


The location and facilities at the home are exemplary. Our experience during this difficult and challenging period was made a lot easier due to the exceptional care, empathy and professionalism we received from the entire staff. This is the standard of care we should come to expect when selecting a care home. We as a family would have no hesitation in recommending Bramshott Grange to anyone who asks.


Our mother recently moved to a nursing home closer to family and friends and is settling in nicely.

Bramshott Grange provided my brother in law with an exemplary level of care and kindness throughout his short stay and the unbelievable level of compassion shown was next to none albeit throughout this time we were in lockdown. As a family, we were made welcome at all times and nothing was ever too

My brother spent the last 5 months of his life in the care of Bramshott Grange, he saw it as his home and was treated as one of their family. During this period he received outstanding rehabilitation treatment from the Hobbs team together with exceptional personal care from every member of Bramshott

My husband came to Bramshott initially for therapy, however sadly, this became end of life care. Throughout his time here, which started just after lockdown, my husband was treated with the utmost care and attention and with gentleness and dignity at all times. Hobbs Rehab Services provided therapy.
Every
single member of the team is fantastic, his room always spotless, he liked the food. Towards the end of his life, he was always clean, dressed and kept comfortable. We were kept informed on his health, the team looked after the family as well.
I am so grateful that he had come to Bramshott, he called it 'home'.
He was fond of his team, he had trust and respect for them all, which for a man that did not give his trust easy this is amazing, it speaks volumes about each and every person that works here and at Hobbs.
All handled our calls with dignity and empathy. The people here make Bramshott and Hobbs what it is, they are the core of this wonderful home. Above and beyond expected. Thank you, team.

Bramshott Grange were very accommodating when it came to relocating our 95-year-old Dad in mid-March. All members of staff we encountered were welcoming and friendly. Sadly, Dad’s stay was so short as his health declined rapidly so wasn’t able to make use of or enjoy any of the extra-curricular activities
provided due to lockdown occurring just a few days after he moved in. However, the staff managed well under extremely trying circumstances for them. We appreciated their help in ensuring we were regularly updated as to Dad’s health and circumstances. The rooms and facilities were clean and tidy, and the garden is well laid out with a small greenhouse and raised veg/flower troughs. One small gripe Dad had was the fact that his meal order would sometimes be incorrect. When this did happen, it was always corrected immediately and without any hesitation. We never worked out where the error occurred. I would definitely recommend Bramshott: the staff are exceptional and the setting is calming.

Bramshott Grange provided our late father with an exemplary level of care and kindness. The home itself is delightful, modern, clean and hygienic surrounded by lovely gardens. All the staff, management, nurses, carers, catering staff and cleaners are extraordinary people, committed to providing a quality
service to residents and their families. Dad moved in just before the COVID-19 lockdown and was looking forward to a comfortable residency for his latter years. Sadly his health failed sooner than expected (not COVID-19 related) but throughout his stay he was cared for with unbelievable compassion which he was truly amazed by. Considering the home found themselves having to deal with the extra burden of lockdown as well as the anxieties surrounding their own health due to the pandemic, I am eternally grateful to them for all they did for Dad. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Bramshott Grange to anyone considering a residency for themselves or their loved ones.

My father was with Bramshott Grange for both respite and palliative care. Due to his condition, he was unable to access activities but these appeared to be varied and plentiful. The staff were consistently good and went above and beyond 'a job' in many cases. As a family we were made to feel welcomed
and cared for - it didn't just end with the resident's needs. The environment is purposeful, homely and calming. The food was good and varied. Most of all it is the staff that stand out. Money well spent.

My father has been a resident of Bramshott Grange for almost 18 months during which time he has received consistently good care. There always seem to be plenty of varied activities, the atmosphere is relaxed and there is a good level of facilities for residents and their visitors. I have visited unannounced
at all times of the day and evening (weekends and weekdays) and never see any significant changes in standards. The staff are friendly and I have received no feedback from my father suggesting that the good care standards I see differ when I am not present. Like many who will read this review, I looked at numerous care homes before choosing Bramshott Grange and after 18 months experience, I am sure that I made the right decision.

My Mother has been a resident at Bramshott Grange for over a year now. It was a difficult decision to make, but the staff at the home have supported my father and my family. They have ensured that my mother is well cared for; they have responded to any questions that we have had and have kept in constant
communication with me. A difficult decision was made as easy as possible.
