Bridge Manor is a wonderful care home. Its premises are smart, new, clean and very pleasant. The director and staff are truly compassionate, positive and caring, and do their utmost for the residents. They clearly work as a team, and whenever necessary, admin staff won't think twice before stepping in to make a meal, or nursing staff to cut hair. Dialogue with relatives is encouraged, and concerns addressed. There are plenty of activities, many including the local community, and even trips to the local for fish and chips! I feel extremely fortunate that my mother is in this care home, and recommend it in the highest terms.
Thank you for your review on Bridge Manor Care Home and for your amazing ratings. Your feedback is truly invaluable to us and our staff team who go over and above the standards on a daily basis in order to provide an exemplary level of care. It is also pleasing for us to see and hear how your mom is enjoying her stay with us.
After visiting several care homes for permanent care for our relative we finally chose Bridge Manor. This care home is very welcoming from the moment you step through the front door. The care staff are very nice and nothing is too much trouble for them. The social life the residents have is very good. The home is very nice, on par with a 5-star hotel. I am very pleased and most grateful for the care provided by the Bridge Manor team. I would wholeheartedly recommend this home to anyone looking for a care home for their relative. Thank you all.
Thank you so much for your kind words! We are over the moon that you chose us, and promise to forever provide the best care we can!
From my first visit, which was unannounced, I was very impressed by the professionalism and excellence of Bridge Manor. The care is excellent and the staff have been able to advise and assist in all aspects of my Mother's care. The home is delightful, it is more like a 5-star hotel than care home in my opinion. The bedrooms are spacious, with good size beds and en suite facilities. It is clean, friendly and welcoming. My Mother agrees with me that the staff could not be kinder, the food is delicious and she would have no problem in recommending it to anyone. The ambience is peaceful and as soon as you go through the door, you know it is a well run establishment and management should be congratulated on what they have achieved. I am delighted and am extremely grateful to the team for making my Mum and myself, so welcome. In short, I would describe Bridge Manor as the Rolls-Royce of Care Homes!

My mum has always said she was staying at home but after a hospital stay, she agreed to go for respite and she's now saying she wants to stay and it's all because of the staff being so kind to her and she feels safe at night because she can press her buzzer and she knows someone will be there straight away as when at home she had to press her pendant and wait until I got to her. Thank you all for being so kind.

I cannot compliment the carers and management of Bridge Manor Care Home enough. From the day that both myself and my mum went to look around the care home, to the day that my auntie moved in and all the time since they have been nothing but angels. It's an incredibly difficult time for me and my family as we watch my elderly aunt deteriorate. The companionship, care and support that they provide to both my aunts and my family have been exceptional. Whilst the circumstances are never easy, they have made it as easy as it can be, for all concerned. My auntie is happy and content there and is incredibly fond of all of the staff.
