My nan came to the care home after a stay in hospital. She has been treated with compassion and kindness by all staff. The understanding of her dementia needs has been excellent and lots of extra effort has been put into her care in order to accommodate her needs. Something I have really appreciated is the honesty of all staff, if my nan has had a tough night we are always informed, this gives such peace of mind.

Mum has been in this home for 6 weeks now. The whole experience has been very positive and all aspects are excellent. The home, although new, is really clean and bright. All staff are excellent and very, very caring, attentive and reassuring to Mum.

Don't want to name names in case I miss anyone but a special thank you to the ladies on reception who go above and beyond.

The care home is extremely good. We get regular visits considering the situation with Covid and the lockdown the staff are very good and manage very well. We cannot comment on some aspects as we are not here, but we go on what we have seen.

With this pandemic, there could not have been a worse time for my Mum to need the services of a nursing home and it is always a big decision when you have to make it. I can't lie, it weighed on my mind at the time. My Mum went straight to the care home from Hospital. From the moment she arrived the staff have been wonderful with her and this in itself has been a source of comfort to me knowing she is really getting looked after well. As I said with this pandemic makes thing's like visits that much harder but the staff have been brilliant and have gone out of their way to accommodate the family with a safe visiting policy. They are always on hand even when I phone just to ask how my Mum is doing, nothing is too much trouble and I know that I made the right choice when I chose the home. My Mum is in a pleasant environment where she is well looked after. All her needs are met and she is safe. What more can a son ask for. So a big thank you to all the staff at the home, your efforts are appreciated.

I have been to the care home to do a visit, which was social distanced, and a very nice pleasant experience. All the staff seemed very professional, and my friend whom I was visiting appeared very well cared for.

Unable to visit during present lockdown, but the manager has kept me totally up to date with everything that is going on, gone way above to ensure we are totally involved from a distance. Could not recommend this home more highly, they have been absolutely fantastic, made us so happy.
