Mum was transferred to Clarence House from Clifton Hospital at the beginning of the first National Lockdown in March. This was a very difficult and worrying time for Mum and her family. However, we could not have chosen a better care home for Mum. She has received excellent care from a wonderful team
of carers and management. She has been shown endless kindness and patience and has been treated with dignity and respect.
Importantly she has been protected from Covid 19 at all times.
In addition to Mum's care, we are very grateful for the support and help from staff to all Mum's family.
Mum is looking forward to returning for a ' holiday' and we would be happy to recommend Clarence House to anyone.
Because of Covid 19, we have been unable to go into Clarence House so I feel unable to comment on some points below, but I am confident from what Mum has said everything is of a high standard.
