Overall Experience

A superb modern home. We particularly liked the decor and various smaller social rooms to enjoy with friends and family, the afternoon tea room, reading room, games room and so on. Well-presented and tasty meals with appropriate portion sizes. Lovely, friendly staff genuinely enjoying their job. Definitely recommend this home.

Rosie Powell
Rosie PowellJob Title Care Home ManagerJoined 2024

Rosie started her journey in care at 19 as a domiciliary care assistant, and from the very beginning, she knew this was where she was meant to be. Rosie soon moved into working in care homes and, through dedication, hard work, and the support of inspiring leaders around her, progressed from Care Assistant to Home Manager.

Care is not just her career; it’s something very personal to Rosie. Having also supported her own loved ones during their care, Rosie truly understands how important trust, compassion, and communication are for families. That experience shapes the way she leads every day.

Rosie is incredibly proud of my team and passionate about creating a home where residents feel safe, valued, and truly at home. Person-centred care is at the heart of everything we do, recognising that every individual has their own story, preferences, and wishes that deserve to be respected.

Rosie is open, believes in transparency, and is committed to building strong, supportive relationships with both residents and their families. Together, we create a warm, caring community where everyone feels they belong.
