This place is certainly a home with a difference, they genuinely care.
My husband had a severe brain injury 15 months ago and needed a specialist brain rehab.
I found this place through a professional and came to view it unannounced, I was only there 20 minutes and knew this was the place for my husband,
he has been here 3/4 weeks now and I have not got 1 bad word to say! And trust me when I say I always have something to say!
The staff are fantastic they care, they are friendly, happy and they treat their service user’s with respect.
Most of the staff have been there since it opened which speaks volumes to me.
I am relaxed knowing he is in the best place and being well cared for.
The manager is brilliant, he has an open door policy not just with relatives but staff and residents which I have witnessed many times he is a top man
My husband has had trust issues since his accident but since being here his barriers have came down which has surprised me!
The cqc should be outstanding.

My son went into this establishment with mental health. The manager allowed my son out for a day knowing full well drugs were getting purchased and brought into the establishment,
Turning a blind eye, for £4000 payment from council.
A vulnerable lad, he took advantage of, with mental health. All
exposed by myself.
Still trading. Investigated. Still trading. They are full of promises when getting patients. My son got nothing promised from day one. I was never off the phone with CCG complaining from day one, they have done nothing. Serious incompetence, all involved. The food is the cheapest, rubbish they can buy. I have pictures of it.

It was nice. The staff were welcoming, nice patients, nice manager and I like the environment. Nice and clean. Good cook, clean rooms, safe environment. I'm a new service user on transition. I slept over and it was a nice place.
