Overall Experience

My parents have moved into this brand new care home which has just opened. The rooms are tastefully decorated, spacious and light with a lovely view of the gardens. The staff have made them feel welcome and comfortable. My parents have Alzheimer's and I was very worried about moving them to somewhere new but I need not have worried. They are happy, well-presented, clean and well-fed. The food is delicious and the staff are keeping all areas clean. The staff are always on hand and they too are happy and approachable. Keep up the good work and thank you for making the "move" easier for me. Thank you.

Overall Experience
The home is bright, cheerful and welcoming. The staff are all lovely, very helpful and caring.

Nothing is too much trouble. Although Wendreth is newly opened, so not many activities are planned yet, the staff make sure that the residents have an activity to do, so that nobody is just sitting in their chair all day. Families of residents too are looked after. It is classed as the resident's family's new home as well as the resident's new home. 100% recommended.

Overall Experience

1 week in and Dad has settled well, staff are respectful and caring to residents and family, the outside space is a positive experience for Dad, residents are encouraged to join in with mealtimes and activities but the staff recognise sometimes a little quiet time is needed and that's ok too.
