My father has been a resident in Griffin House Care Home for the last 12 months.
The quality of care and the kindness and attention he has received from the team at Griffin House has been excellent.
Dad was very frail and poorly upon admission to Griffin House after spending one month in hospital,
where the medication was good but the personal care for a frail, elderly man was very poor.
Since moving to Griffin House, the care, attention and nutrition he has received has seen him gaining much needed weight and strength. He is treated with dignity, looks well, clean-shaven and well dressed.
Medical care is very well managed and attended to.
The Covid situation has been very well managed, visiting arrangements for family members are safe and secure.
We’re happy with the care provided at Griffin House, it’s such a caring, supportive home and we would recommend.

The owner is just so caring, along with his team; they became part of the family.
What more can I say really; immaculate care in every way - whether you view that as cleanliness, facilities, activities.
Keyword really is Care, it is exemplary in every way; I could not recommend the team here any higher,
they go to the extra degree to look after our loved ones.
From the bottom of my heart, they really are all great.

My Dad stayed at Griffin House for respite care. I was unsure if he would have to stay permanently due to his health declining. The staff did a remarkable turnaround with him, and he has now returned home a different man; thanks to the manager and his team of excellent staff. I can not rate this home
highly enough, and they still invite my Dad for days out and activities.

My Grandad is currently on respite at Griffin House. The change we have noticed in him is really amazing. He is no longer anxious, he’s put weight on and looks amazing. There are activities every single day, and the staff even get him involved with light duties. It really is home from home. The staff
are amazing, and the owners are so generous. It is not a business to them; it really is a caring place to live.

My Dad is a resident at Griffin House and I genuinely cannot rate this care home highly enough!
The manager and staff all look after him and the other residents so very well, are kind and compassionate and treat my dad and the others here as individuals.
We were all apprehensive about Dad going into
care, but the staff have made this as seamless and easy as possible by their care and concerns for not only Dad but all of us. Dad is being very well looked after in a safe and calm environment by amazing staff.

Fantastic home, all staff are so friendly they treat you more like family. Residents are lovely too. You can see from the atmosphere the staff take pride in caring for their residents. Residents have so much going on for them and it's very child-friendly. Very clean and well looked after. Not a bad
word you could say about this place. Owners have done an excellent job and picked the best staff. I would highly recommend.

My grandad recently went into Griffin care home for respite. It was lovely to see him interact with the other residents joining in the activities and relaxing. The staff were amazing with him making sure he was happy throughout his stay as he was unsure at first but he has said he would love to go back
again in the future for respite again and he is even going to their Halloween bingo night and their Christmas pantomime. It's a little home away from home very cosy and warm. The staff are amazing and so is the home.

My mum stayed at Griffin House respite, she had never been in respite before and was extremely anxious. The staff here are absolutely brilliant, very caring and would go above and beyond to make the residents happy and comfortable. I would definitely recommend Griffin House, very professional but caring
at the same time. It's not just a business here, they seem like a family and enjoy their work which shows through in the residents and how happy they seem.

My sister was one of the first people to be so lucky that we found Griffin House Care Home. From the start, she needed a Zimmer to walk, was very unhappy, sad and very little contact e.g. talking, joining conversations with us, but from the beginning, she changed to a different person. A little like
her old self. The Zimmer went, she jokes and we talk on all subjects and now she is so happy and content. Thank you Griffin Care for giving us back my sister.

My sister is in Griffin House and is in the best home ever. All the staff and manager and owner give the best of care and the most dignity they can give. She is happy in this home. the previous one, she cried all the time to get out and she was left all the time in her room.
The food is very good,
they are asked what they would like for dinner and tea. I have had my dinner with her and it was excellent.

I and my friends have visited Griffin House on two occasions and were very impressed by the staff and the home itself. There was a remarkable change in the friend we were visiting, in the previous 2 homes she resided in she was withdrawn and seemed depressed and didn't mix with other residents and showed
no interest in any of the activities or entertainments provided. However, within 2 days of coming to Griffin House, she was animated and chatty and back to her normal self. She is very happy here which will be of comfort to her family.
