The overall standard of facilities and care is first class but the most important thing to me is that all the staff really care about the residents. It is not just a job for them. Since moving to Haling Park, my mother is much happier and her emotional well being has increased immeasurably.

My friend is very happy and settled at Haling Park. She is very well cared for and all the staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. There is entertainment provided and outings too. The accommodation is excellent too. So clean and tidy.

My father came here after I removed him from another care home and how lucky I feel to have found this fantastic care home.
The home itself is brand new and everything is high spec it is more like a 5* hotel.
The staff are all lovely, polite and genuine. They really do care for the residents and my
father, who was depressed, underweight and confused because of the previous care home is now happy, has put on weight, is thriving and content.
We really can only highly recommend Haling Park Care Home, it’s not your normal type of care home, it is something special and they treat the residents with great dignity and respect.

Adriana Calmeiro

I joined the Haling Park Care team in February of 2021 as Deputy Home Manager and was promoted to Home Manager in 2023.


Originally from Portugal, where I earned my degree in Nursing and have been working as a Registered Nurse in the UK ever since. Having gained experience in both hospital and care home settings, elderly and dementia care became my passion care.


Whilst working with various specialities in the hospital, I was able to develop my clinical skills and be exposed to different environments, as well as perfect important skills such as organizational and priority tasks. Nonetheless, my strong belief in providing person-centred care encouraged me to attempt the Care Home setting, and I found my vocation.


My road took me to Haling Park Care home, where staff are caring and focussed on meeting residents’ needs as a whole, by working as a team, liaising with the multidisciplinary team and involving resident’s family and friends.”

Saide has been working at Haling Park Care Home since the very beginning, with 10 years of experience in maintenance, building and DIY within a care home setting, he is an integral part of the team.


Saide ensures that residents live in a place that’s proactively inspected and brilliantly maintained at all times.
In addition to maintenance, Saide safely transports residents to and from appointments and outings in our minibus.
