My aunt has been treated with the utmost respect and settled in very quickly. I cannot fault the high standard of care she has received. The staff are always kind and welcoming and I am kept informed of my aunt's health or problems. She has improved so much since joining Haling Park, she is clean, well groomed, putting on weight, her laundry is immaculate and the food exceptional. I would have no hesitation recommending this home and only wish I had found it sooner.

Overall Experience

Haling Park care home is a stunning place, impeccably decorated throughout. Every room has it's own shower/wet room and toilet. Cleanliness is maintained throughout. Superb dining rooms and food prepared by the in house chef and tailored to the needs of the residents. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff who lovingly care for those left in their charge. Its facilities are second to none with an in house café, hairdressers, cinema and nail bar and small intimate lounges. A place to live out one's life in comfort and safety.

The overall standard of facilities and care is first class but the most important thing to me is that all the staff really care about the residents. It is not just a job for them. Since moving to Haling Park, my mother is much happier and her emotional well being has increased immeasurably.

Overall Experience
My father came here after I removed him from another care home and how lucky I feel to have found this fantastic care home.
The home itself is brand new and everything is high spec it is more like a 5* hotel.
The staff are all lovely, polite and genuine. They really do care for the residents and my father, who was depressed, underweight and confused because of the previous care home is now happy, has put on weight, is thriving and content.

We really can only highly recommend Haling Park Care Home, it’s not your normal type of care home, it is something special and they treat the residents with great dignity and respect.
