I myself have witnessed nothing but love care and a homely atmosphere. The team have made this establishment a place to be honoured to make it your home . I am so thankful that not only is my partner enjoying and well cared for hidden by the love and family orientated team that I am at peace with
my partner been away from me . His life is as I saw it when we first shared the 15years together prior to me seeing his illness . I know how hard this team have to work to care and I saw nothing clinical or hospital like at all its more like a family establishment and 2nd to non Thankyoy for such a team

All the staff at Haling Park have been so caring, compassionate, totally professional but also friendly.
Our mother was only with them for a month but the staff looked after her and us too.
Her last month she was looked after and treasured as we would do ourselves. The dignity and nursing were unparalleled!

My brother has been at Haling Park for a few weeks now, and myself and other members of the family are very impressed. The atmosphere is very cheerful. The staff are extremely good, genuine care is always given. Nothing seems too much for them. It's a charming, comfortable room with an ensuite bathroom
which makes it easier for my brother.

Provides excellent care by friendly staff, many of whom go the extra mile to give residents reassurance and kindly attention. The meals are attractively served, tempting to eat, and well-cooked. The entertainment is always enjoyable and very popular with residents. Special occasions are celebrated with
decorations and activities, often with homemade cakes etc. It's challenging looking after the elderly - they do a great job here!

Haling Park provided palliative care for my mum with the utmost compassion, care and dignity. The nursing, care and admin staff were all wonderful supporting us as well as Mum in a difficult time. All the staff smile and seem genuinely happy to work here which makes it a lovely place to visit. Thank

Dad was in Haling Park care home for a year and a half. He has received the greatest careful stop the the staff go above and beyond to make the residents comfortable and so well looked after. I would recommend the home to anyone looking for help with their loved ones. Dad passed away peacefully.

I have been visiting Haling Park Care Home with my dog in his capacity as a 'Pets as Therapy' dog for over 12 months now and I have been very impressed with the facilities, activities, accommodation and food on offer in the home. I have found all the staff extremely caring, friendly, competent and professional.
The residents are given a very high level of care, the comfort of their rooms and communal areas is to a very high standard and the activities on offer are fantastic and varied! My experience in the care home has been very refreshing and reassuring knowing that the special people who reside here are being looked after with care and compassion by a wonderful group of staff. Well done to you all for creating a very positive experience for friends, relatives and residents.

The standard of service is exceptional.
The rooms are very clean and the nurses are so friendly and warm to my mother.
My mother has also expressed how happy she is, which makes the rest of the family so lucky she's under their care.

The care home has been a lovely home for me. The manager of the ground floor has been amazing he always has a smile on his face to welcome our stay, and lifts our mood when we feel down in ourselves. He is an inspiration to our life and the care home.

Mum has settled really well. She is very happy. She enjoys the activities and it's so good to see how often they are and the variation. The staff are amazing and level of care given cannot be faulted.
They keep me updated on any concerns and also what kind of day Mum has had. Mum has a good quality
of life and her needs are met. Coming into the home has given her a new lease of life.

Adriana

Adriana Calmeiro

Job Title: Manager Joined: 2021

I joined the Haling Park Care team in February of 2021 as Deputy Home Manager and was promoted to Home Manager in 2023.


Originally from Portugal, where I earned my degree in Nursing and have been working as a Registered Nurse in the UK ever since. Having gained experience in both hospital and care home settings, elderly and dementia care became my passion care.


Whilst working with various specialities in the hospital, I was able to develop my clinical skills and be exposed to different environments, as well as perfect important skills such as organizational and priority tasks. Nonetheless, my strong belief in providing person-centred care encouraged me to attempt the Care Home setting, and I found my vocation.


My road took me to Haling Park Care home, where staff are caring and focussed on meeting residents’ needs as a whole, by working as a team, liaising with the multidisciplinary team and involving resident’s family and friends.”

Jemayma is a Nurse at Haling Park Care Home, she is involved in supervising the night staff, administering medication and creating customised care plans for our residents.
She is well liked by all the residents and is known for going above and beyond to ensure they are happy and have a good quality of life under our care.

Saide Daude

Saide has been working at Haling Park Care Home since the very beginning, with 10 years of experience in maintenance, building and DIY within a care home setting, he is an integral part of the team.


Saide ensures that residents live in a place that’s proactively inspected and brilliantly maintained at all times.
In addition to maintenance, Saide safely transports residents to and from appointments and outings in our minibus.


In his free time, Saide enjoys playing the drums, singing, dancing and spending quality time with his family.
